- Only one issue I got is the availability of products I ordered, If your store does not have that Item, Please mark as sold out or remove on the website, so that I can find another one to replace, instead of let me order, then waiting so long.
If it's really back order, you should tell clearly on the website that how long I have to wait for this back order. And Once its back order, you should make sure that time of waiting is accurate, instead of let me waiting about 1 month and still did not hear anything from yours at all. When I contact, you just said you dont know how long (is that funny that you sell it but you dont know when you can ship it?)
If there another website, have the same product, the same price with yours, I would rather to order from other website, cause I am not sure your website really have the item and ship on time.
