I got the product, it was an easy purchase. However, customer service rep was very eager to get off the phone and kept cutting me off before I can finish any of my sentences. Usually when purchasing quality products, a customer is treated with a minimal level of respect and customer service. I did not experience this the day I purchased my watch.

I found Jomashop on one of my online ventures and the website was fantastic and their products looked profoundly elegant. I decided to buy a watch.
