I've made over 12 watch purchases on Jomashop and all of them went smoothly. Only once I was told that a watch was out of stock after I purchased it. But it was rectified quickly and I was refunded within 2 days. Overall the cheapest watch deals on Internet!

After placing an order on some Oakleys(order# M12T5360) a month ago on June 3rd, I was told that it was on backordered and that it will be available in one to two weeks. I emailed them inquiring about my order and on June 27th I was told that it is still on back order for another one to two weeks.
They need more accurate predictions and should have also informed the customer that an item is on backordered before letting me submit my order.
I ordered glasses and received them later with no troubles. I don't remember anything else, so I guess it was a pretty good experience.
