To be honest, I'm losing trust because the item I ordered since Dec 27 2016 last year, still not come and the customer support keep saying 3-5 weeks and again after waiting 3 weeks, the customer support said another 3-5 weeks. It's also not easy to get hold of customer support. At least I have to wait 20 minutes on the phone until a human being answer.
