I ordered an expensive Skagen watch in January, and I've had it for about 6 weeks. I noticed a crack all the way across the glass face of this watch recently, and knowing it had not been dropped or roughly handled, I emailed Jomashop to let them know. This was my third Skagen watch, so I know the high quality of this brand, and this recent watch is the only one I have ever had any problem with. I asked what could be offered as far as refund/repair, warranty or guanrsntee. The response I received 3 days later had an apology but no solution. I persisted with my question again. And again, no resolution was offered. Since this is the only Skagen watch I have had a quality issue with, and also the only one I haven't bought directly from the company, I am questioning if the item from jomashop is even authentic, and if so, why their customer service does not stand behind their products. I would not recommend using this site, even at the discounted prices. The quality of the service and product were both very disappointing.
