My Holiday gift watch to my wife had a very simple defect an issue with the band screw will come out loose. I informed Joma and send pictures and copy of the receipt. Then never heard back after multiple emails. Better off buying on a store that you can get a response if you buy an expensive piece don't expect to hear back if you have an issue

No thank you. I am completely disappointed with your service. I ordered well in advance of Christmas. There was still plenty time for delivery for my wife's birthday in January, and even Valentines Day next week. Instead, I've received no communication other than from what I've initiated, and not even been offered any alternatives.
I am very upset and don't think I'll be ordering from you again.

When I received a watch for Christmas that I didn't care for, they were quick to give me a store credit. When I went to use it, they gave me an extra $50 off. I am a happy customer:-)
