Purchased two watches from them in late November 2016. Arrived in early December and one of them was defective upon receipt. I returned it to them in exact accordance with their stated procedures and once they confirmed that they had received it back, our full payment was refunded with no hesitation. They even paid for return postage! Have since bought another 3 from them. Highly recommended.

I found the watch I was looking for at a fraction of the price it was sold for everywhere else. So I went back to jomashop and did the same thing with a gift for my wife

I have heard people suggesting not to buy watches online. But the great price offered here could not stop me from buying.
I must say, the product is genuine and brand-new.
Packaging was good and it comes with manufacturer warranty.
Delivery was done on the day as promised without any delay.
I have recommended this site to my friends and recommend everyone else too.
