My item was not in stock when I ordered it. The estimated wait time was two weeks. The item shipped before the two weeks were up. It's nice to see that an estimated wait time is fair and accurate instead of wrong and frustrating. I will order again without hesitation.

Dear Roee A. Your response is simply incorrect. If you knew the circumstances regarding my issue, you would never have written that. Specifically, Your CS is horrible and basically non-existant. I ordered a Movado Jan 31,2017. Their website showed 1-2 weeks. One week later, I received an email that said 3-5 more weeks. I tried for 3 days to call CS to get some answers. I was on hold certain days for 27 minutes with two phones calling before I got disconnected. Today I finally reached a rep Emma. She told me it "should" be 3-5 and there would be no "Movado" warranty. I thought about it and called her back to cancel. No answer. I called several times; no answer. I filled out the LIVE CHAT form which is not a Live Chat at all and no one has contacted me back for the past 3 days. These watches must be refurbs and Jomashop's Customer Service is an oxymoron and truly non-existent. Based on my experience, their positive reviews cannot possibly be truthful and must have been written by themselves. I was on the phone today for the 4th day and finally got to speak with someone. I told this very uninterested, quite rude man that i wanted to cancel my order. He said fine and hung up. When I check my order status now, it still says pending. I am forced to remember the old adage, "you get what you pay for". I learned my lesson for sure. Was I angry? Of course. Who wouldn't be after being treated like this. Apparenlty, I am not the only one. Jomashop should expend more energy in cleaning up their act rather than sending self-serving, non-sensical responses.

Thank you for altering your review and making it about your experience, this is indeed much more respectful and maybe we can learn from this, opposed the links from before. That being said, I still think names and personal comments are uncalled for and not very classy and a step in the same "angry" direction, but at least now we can see what your issue was.
I wish we could have had a conversation before, maybe we could have avoided this altogether.
