I made a purchase with the order number M14W866. The sunglass is so nice that I love it so much. The watch is also my mother's favorite style. The shipment was very fast that I didn't wait too long. The quality of the items is perfect and I will come again next time.
I know this company has good reviews, but just trust me and shop elsewhere. Sure, they have competitive pricing, but they hardly have any products actually in stock. I ordered a TAG watch for fathers day and their Website said it would ship within 3-4 weeks. It did not say "out of stock" or "back-ordered". Long story short, its been almost 8 weeks and still no watch. When you call, they just tell you they are waiting for it to come from their supplier. It could come in tomorrow or in 6 months. They have no clue. Worst customer service, worst watch company. Spend a little more money and get a lot more value somewhere else.
I was very surprised when I found out that the Jomashop store offers delivery to Russia. With great pleasure I chose the watch and received it two weeks later. Great store, great range of authentic watches, fast international shipping.

Glasses broke in less than a month. Customer service was below subpar and condescending. Even after throughly explaining the damage to the extent that seemed nearly impossible to continue wasting my time explaining. As a veteran Rayban customer, fan and collector I know for a FACT that my item must of been faulty. I've had some sunglasses of mine for over 10 years, many falls, been sat on, dragged and thrown by a toddler. And all have lasted me thus far, just like I have others that have never been abused or tested, in case you want to assume I'm irresponsible again. My point is that I buy them for their extreme quality and resilience. Now my first purchase with Jomashop broke by merely falling off of my lap? A shame, I really wanted to like your shop. But just on lack of customer service I say NEVER AGAIN.
