I purchased an Omega watch ($3975) for my father as a father's day gift back in May. Couple days ago my dad said there's water in the watch now. I double checked with him if he has "locked" the watch and he said yes. Called customer service today. The person's attitude was careless and hang up on me when I was trying to ask more questions. I had to call back to ask more questions. I remembered when I was purchasing this watch, it took forever to get hold of the customer service and the unprofessional manner that the customer representative showed me truly "impressed" me. I hope the watch will get fixed as soon as possible. And more training needs to provide to your staff. Thank you.

I have bought two Seiko on joma shop. One was fine and the other took. Knock and stopped working. Despite being a made in japan seiko... Tool watch... a damn beater. And despite history, they won't help me with sending it to get fixed. We know it's not a hardship, why are they acting like it's one?
