Quite possibly the singular largest and nicest collection of luxury Swiss watches at discounts deep below MSRP. Watches ship quickly, provided they're *in* stock - which brings me to my only 'ding' of 1 star. Jomashop uses one of two descriptors when an item is not in stock - the ubiquitous "Out of Stock," and another that reads "Item Ships Within X-Y Weeks." Maybe it's just me, but when your eye is trained to recognize the comparably familiar "Out of Stock" label, your brain treats a SKU being IN stock as a binary condition, and in the absence of the "Out of Stock" label, I have mistakingly ordered something that did not arrive for over three weeks. This can be an issue if you're purchasing a watch as a gift for someone, as we were. IMO this is an attempt to capture a sale they might otherwise lose if someone required something that was in stock at the time of purchase. This probably is a non-issue 95% of the time, but it definitely was an issue for one of our purchases. Furthermore, it is an issue that could be easily mitigated should Jomashop choose to standardize their "Out of Stock" label - they could simply add the "Item Expected to Ship w/in..." qualifier underneath it. Of my two emails on the subject at the time it occurred, one went unanswered. In conclusion - great values, but some room for improvement in the service department, though it must be understood you're shopping here for the *price,* not the service. With this in mind, I have since bought from them again.

Regarding Order Number M15R6524, and many others from Joma Shop, I have bought more luxury watches over the years than any human being would ever need. My collection ranges from a Patek Grand Complications that put me back the price of a condo in South Florida, 85 year old hand wind Elgin and Omega pocket watches, to simple Tissots and Eco Drives. NO MATTER THE PURCHASE I HAVE MADE, NO MATTER WHERE IT MAY HAVE BEEN, JOMA SHOP HAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE THE BEST! Whenever I've had issues, which have been few and far between, the Customer Service Department, ESPECIALLY RINA, have always taken care of it! My purchases will continue from Joma Shop for years to come, as will the pleasure I have from of all of the different timepieces I have purchased from them! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!
