I have NEVER visited nor heard of this website in my life. I just so happened to be viewing my bank transactions via phone app I scroll down and see MULTIPLE transactions in the same day (Jan. 23rd), from JollyChic in Dubai.

For: $199.98, $166.65, $166.65, and $128.27. This is obviously fraud, and I'm not sure how these people got my debit card information. I disputed all charges and opted for a new debit card.

Update: My bank refunded me. They also caught an additional charge from these ***holes. After they hit me 4 times in one day. They hit my account the next day for $135.34.

I would call and cuss them out. But what's the point. Won't be able to understand a dam thing they say.

I hope that site gets shut down.

I've been ordering from this website and mostly the things I've got were acceptable. Yet I would like to suggest to use COD rather than online payment. I used COD ever since yet one time when I used online payment, it has been already a week that I don't have any updates from my order. I just received the receipt and after that, no more. Unlike through COD, they are processing it faster. Will never order again from this site due to so much disappointments from my last order. I trusted them so much. -_-

What they had posted on their wall is not what the dress looked like. Cheap material and the clothes has got this bad smell. Lucky enough it was a cash on delivery. After waiting for 3-4 weeks that's the surprise i got. Lucky enough it was cash on delivery so i refused to pay to that delivery guy who was supper rude.

I added an item to my cart that had a certain price, the day after I came to check my cart and the price of that item suddenly increased for no reason! It wasn't on sale or anything when I first put in the cart so I didn't expect the price to just go up...
Most of their sales are fake, for example, they say but 2 and get 20% off but what they actually do is increase the items prices a bit so the discount will look real when it isn't, I've been watching those prices and those so-called deals, honestly, some of them aren't real deals.

They are lying to the customers, there was buy one get one free offer on Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S and they only sent me one phone. I applied for return but they refused because they are saying that the offer meant "Buy one phone get one charger free", which is a lie, because I have snapshot with their customer service confirming that this offer means 2 phones for the price of one.

Fraud

I ordered a shipment of 430$ worth at least, and paid by card. However the next day I found that my order is canceled and my money is not back without even informing me of anyway. I call their call center which btw is of no help whatsoever, and managed to get a reply about my shipment that the money transaction was NOT complete I had to send them a screenshot of my bank's message and eventually they said that they will refund me within 8/15 working days. IMAGINE 15 WORKING DAYS that's IF they're going to refund me because I highly doubt it. Not only that I make another order of 150$ worth also paid by card and in the application it appears that the order is being prepared and it will be prepared maximum by the 3rd of March 2019. I call them to double check if it's confirmed their call center tells me that my number does not have any orders, I requested that they double check with the order number they said that it is available HOWEVER today is the 3rd of March 8:13 pm as I write and they did not SHIP my order. Which means that my order is not coming and they ripped me off AGAIN.

So disappointed with the product. The shoes I ordered arrived in a package with no box so when I opened the bag the shoes were misshapened. The smell of the shoes was so terrible I had to put them in the basement.
The shoes are poorly made and I will never wear them. Please do not order from this website.

My delivery date was exceeded by 9 days so I contacted customer service, they didn't help at all just said I should contact Naqel their 3rd party delivery service... i wait another 5 days and contacted again only to be met by a very rude and condescending person who insisted on calling me DEAR throughout the whole texting... very unprofessional, rude and basically useless because the person couldn't give any information anyway just kept passing the problem to Naqel.
I won't use Jolly Chic again, there are too many other decent online selling sites to choose from.
I was also charged an extra sr12 when my package arrived. Don't kniw what for but I just paid it so as t9 end my relationship with Jolly Chic.
Overall I would not recommend Jolly Chic at all.

I ordered a cereal dispenser before, when it came, it was cracked badly. And then i immediately applied for return (the app needs me to put the picture of the cracked dispenser). And then after about 2 days, they contacted me through phone and refunded directly the item! Never knew they handle this fast, however please ensure you packed well before you send a fragile item.

One of my friend told me that the delivery was so long takes around 14 days to arrive because it was sent from overseas, Hongkong i think, but i still want to try it myself, and it was unexpected, my package arrived in just a week! And the products' quality was quite good with the price.

High prices

In addition to the extra delivery charge for cash on delivery, there is a limit for the cash on delivery option, plus the high customs rate.
I am finding their stuff in my country for a very cheap price, I am very disapointed i wish i. Knew these items are available locally. Some products come less than the indicated quantity. Plus it's smaller in size
To sum up it's a bad experience while online shopping should be cheaper

Bad service I ever had...

Very very veryyyy bad online website to buy anything from them. I tried to contact many times to the agent to reply me about the items that I want to buy, they don't reply me and I was seeing that they read my message, but they didn't replied me back. Very Poor service. I will give 100/0 to them.

Horrible return policy

I order some items from jollychic ans in photos looks everything so nice but when i received the parcel OMG tottaly different i got scared i thought i got pranked small sizes all shirts including the shoes and some with stains and not in the original packing!
On top of that i wanted to make regund they said i need to go in dubai in their warehouse (im living in abu dhabi) all on my expenses! Is my mistake? Also the delivery took 2 weeks! Dont waste ur time ordering from jollychic.
