Amazing tool, Love everything about it. As a coach I wish I could afford to have the ultimate premium access!
I can see that your software cannot recognise the mobile number.
I can see it needs improvement.
Great tool, especially the part with skills comparison!
* you need to have a search function for jobs done previously
* Price is high
Even though i revise my CV to make it matching, i am not getting interview calls.
There should be more of an enticement to join. I'm not sure apart from rating my resume what is happening.
Expensive. Include too many irrelevant words from the job description in the scan.
Mostly great. I understand the based software is a keyword based algorithm so there are limitations. I rely on Jobscan to get my resume completed.
The feedback is not actionable and seems very disjointed - not at all a good representation of the alignment with the posting. The update feature is exceptionally buggy and causes more hassle than it is worth.
It's almost impossible to get up to the recommended score, and even when I do, I'm not getting any responses from recruiters.
Jobscan helps me to focus on preparing my resume and cover letter by trying to achieve 80% level for each application.
Nice tool to use when submitting resumes to a companies
Yet to see it covert to an interview, but the information received via each scan is super helpful. I need to get to a 85% mark and then see what happens!
I have been shocked at the scores I've been able to achieve with Jobscan.
Please improve derivative words. I. e. Collaboration, collaborative, collaborate. Solve problems, solving problems.
Overall good experience. However, a few areas of improvements are noticed. At a number of times, I noted that despite providing job advert link, your system failed to spot the ATS. Not sure its intentionally designed this way to keep getting job links or its a system bug.
I love it, it makes it easy to adjust my resume with the job description. I still haven´t got an interview. But I keep trying.
Jobscan is an excellent tool to help you propel your resume to the top of the pile
Thank you for creating this website. You should receive a Nobel Prize!
Overall, it's not too bad, though I still find that Jobscan's keyword counting methodology a bit peculiar, though I'm sure they'll say that's a reflection of the ATS systems they wish to emulate.
Answer: Hi Tanisha! Jobscan recommends at least 80% for ATS to make your resume visible to the hiring manager. To boost your match rate, take a look at the missing skill and keywords (the ones denoted as red X) and see which ones are relevant to include in your resume. Focusing on including missing keywords that appear more frequently in the Hard Skills section will quickly boost your match rate. Here's a video tutorial that helps with getting your rate up - https://www.jobscan.co/video-resume-match-report. I hope this helps. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have questions as you go along. Thanks!
