The scan incorrectly identifies a number of terms in the job description. For example, "friendly" is registered as a desired soft skill when the only time the word is used is in the phrase "user-friendly software".
It's good, but it does feel like machine learning.

I'm not sure if my resume is live? There are some flags after the scan, but they are there for a reson.
Simple to use for resume' building templates! The LinkedIn optimization takes a bit to figure out, but overall, a really good product!

I have around 13+ years of experience as an office manager and HR generalist, actually, I still don't master some functions in HR so I need to change my career to HR field to deal with all functions
Before using JobScan you need to make sure your resume is sophisticated and read like you are brining a higher intellectual level to the table. (for tech jobs at least and based on my experience)
Once your resume look great and read great, you use JobScan to make sure ATS pick your resume.
After paying a resume a writer to write my resume, I was getting no calls or emails. I was only getting rejections. After using JobScan and optimizing my resume for the positions I am interested in, my phone was ringing every 10~20 minutes.
Once you optimized your resume for a few jobs in your field (optimize for all and not only 1) using JobScan, put your resume on popular job websites. Wait and see what happens. I needed one iteration, but if the magic did not happen after 7 days, go back and optimize your resume for 3 other similar roles.
If you get rejected in interviews, that is unfortunate but if you do not even make it to the interview, professional resume writing (I paid under $100) and JobScan work like a charm.
I have found a job and would not need JobScan anymore but I am going to pay the subscription fee, just to support the team behind JobScan

Without jobscan you have no idea how hosed your are with your resume. If you don't use jobscan you will be in the dark and you will doubt your personal value.
