Takes quite awhile to receive order. Nowhere foes it say it comes all te way from China.

It was very easy to get through the ordering process and came fast

Received ring and it's enormous compared to what the pictures looked like and didn't fit. Looked like it was swallowing my hand.

The ring is absolutely beautiful, however, it is much bigger than expected. I have short fingers and the ring overwhelms my hand. Is there any way to exchange this ring for a smaller one? Thank you in advance.

It is a lovely ring, but the Centerstone is not the shade of red that it showed on the advertisement. Also, the delay in receiving the product is discouraging.

This ring is not very realistic looking. The accent stones are too large, and poke into the adjoining fingers on the sides. But, it is well executed, and matches what was advertised. AM confused. The ring is supposed to be platinum plated to keep it from tarnishing, yet enclosed was a silver tarnish cloth to be used to remove tarnish from the product!?

I was pleased with the product…but totally disappointed that I paid for an engraving on the ring I ordered and the writing was so tiny and insignificant that you literally need a magnifying glass to even read it or even notice that it's something there at all… I was charged and extra $30 for an engraving that is illegible…very disappointing.

I still didn't get my item I ordered. I ordered it on April 16 and it's been over a month.

The picture on the website & ads is different than in person. Picture shows as same color but in person the colors are completely different.

Lovely, just as described. The ring size, material, and colors were perfect.

They worked with me fast and efficiently to correct the size issue before shipping a beautiful ring to me ahead of schedule.
