I ordered a champagne sapphire. I received a pink stone. Worse than that, they billed my Paypal twice. I received one item, ordered one item, but was charged twice. It has not been resolved.

I paid for 3 day shipping. I didn't receive my order for 20 days later. It was shipped from overseas. Very dissatisfied with paying express shipping and it taking 20 days to receive my order.
Do not pay for expedite shipping. I paid $25 for 3 day shipping on June 28th. It's now July 14th and still haven't received my product. Product shipped on July 10th.

Really bad experience! False advertising online offering 3 days shipping- I paid a $25 shipping but receiving the product a month after.
Request to cancel the order, didn't hear from anyone after the order was shipped. Keep receiving emails from your customer service representative asking over and over if I can accept the order, telling me that all information that is definitely not what your company offered online!
Product was needed for an special date something that of course wasn't possible to do. Will never get anything from your company or recommend.
