Love joancee and their jewelry, this is my 6th piece and am always happy with their beauty...

Bought a ring size 7 and it looks fine. Wouldn't use it as a replacement for my real one because it shows that it's fake diamond.

I was looking for something smaller that wouldn't get snagged in anything but it turns out to be Bigger than I thought

I must admit the ring is far more beautiful than the picture. It's the right amount of gorgeous for an everyday ring and for going out.

I love my set so far so good and I will be sharing my thoughts with others

Everything went smoothly. I was surprised at the quality. The sterling silver stamp is missing on the inside of the rings and processing and shipping takes way too long.

Shipping was a LOT longer than I expected and that was a little frustrating, but the ring itself is just SOOOO LOVELY! It's more delicate and sparkly in person and I have been wearing it every day.

So far everything has been very easy and the website was great with directions and showing the details and images. Checkout was a breeze and simple.

I liked the selection and price point but I just received my order and 1 of the 2 bands has a damaged or defective stone. I plan to message the company for a replacement ring and hope they have good customer service to exchange the ring

We Love y'all. My expectations is exceeded every time we order from Joancee.

You advertise easy returns but there is no such thing. Returns go back to China and it was going to cost me $70.00 to return. I will not pay $70.00 to return. Had I know that returns would go back to China I would have not ordered from you. Now I am stuck with a ring that does not fit me and I am out of my money. The return address on the package was NJ and I feel like the return should have gone to NJ. Will never order from you again.
