Love them the packaging is very nice and I really them everytime I wear them I get so many compliments

My wife loves the ring. The selection you have is amazing and hard to choose from with so many different rings. The ease of placing the order was good, the shipping and tracking was the most frustrating part of the order.

This ring is very pretty but if I would have known it was coming from China I would not have ordered it you should tell people it's from China

I appreciated the sale, and I was needing a new wedding set in a larger size because of arthritis. The ad said two weeks to ship, and it was for my anniversary, so that should have been fine. Unfortunately it took about two months to get the order, and not one single message was answered honestly to me. Language problem I assume - as they are in China. The rings were pretty, but not exactly like they were in the picture online. I was never sent a tracking number, and was surprised when they finally arrived. I had ordered another set locally, when I was made aware this set would not be here in time. When I was told they would not ship for at least 23 working days, I asked for a refund. They said only 50%, if I cancelled. The refund policy they gave me then was NOT the one published in the ad. They suggested I use them for holiday giving- in the message when they told me about their limited refund policy. I won't buy again from them. One positive thing was it ships in a nice cardboard jewelry box and it is well packaged for gift giving. They are not exactly like the picture, but pretty. Glad I got the other set locally though.

Overall it was an OK experience, the tracking app provided is unreliable, and needs improvement. Also, I could not find any information on the gem stone I purchased with the ring. I assume it's lab created.

Takes a long time to get here but very nice products

The ring is absolutely gorgeous. However, I had a billing address and shipping address that differed. It got delivered to a complete random address. Luckily, I am from a small town and we were able to get the ring from the people it was delivered too. The customer service was meh, at best.

It was actually a decent experience I needed my rings sooner than I got them I thought the company was a facade at first but they shipped my package and the rings were absolutely gorgeous seriously top tier quality the packaging was so sleek too and cutttfreeeee

It took a little while and didn't know if I was going to get at first but I am super happy about it

The set itself is pretty but in the picture on the website the ring did not look so large but once I received it it was so big it took up most of my finger. I would not have ordered the ring if I had known it was not the same size look wise as in the picture on the website. I have not found where I can return it so I guess it is money down the drain since it is took large looking for my hand.

Ordered 2 rings (hard to choose just 2) I just received them + love them both! The size is correct + the rights are so beautiful + so real looking.

Was not aware of shipping days. Paid 25 dollars for 3 days expedited shipping.Got it in 9-11. Emailed them a couple of times about it. Very unprofessional and my ring I order has a tag that says 8.5 but it's a 9.5. I won't be using Joancee again. Communication is very bad. Would be waiting to hear back and it would go a week before I got a email back.
