I wasnt notified as promised, I had to message and ask about my order

Arrived in time for Christmas. Wrote to Customer Service for my tracking #, & received a reply within 12 hours with tracking #.

Took way too long to ship, my engagement ring was ordered from here and didn't take long to ship.

We wish you did half size. 9 is really snug. But the largest you go for women. Men. 10 is tight but 11 is too big. Liked the idea.

I recieving no notice about my purchase once they took the money. No communication at all. I did receive the ring but only after I tried to dispute and cancel the order because I believed I was scammed. The ring is nice though so better is needed
