After I made my order I received confirmation of payment and receipt but then received another notification asking me to do another action to complete my order after I had already received confirmation and receipt to process my order and when order arrived the gift box the "ring box "was in was damaged like it had been miss handled, its slightly crushed with a tair n it

From ordering, to shipping to receiving it was an all around great experience! The process of it being made was a bit long and there wasn't really any kind of updates on that you just had to wait until it shipped m, but that is the only thing I didn't like!

Took a few weeks to get but beauty takes time! Would definitely order again
