I paid ALOT. Extra for expedited shipping and it still did not make it on time promised

I absolutely live these rings! I got them so I could ask a girl to be my girlfriend and she live it! Would definitely recommend.

Overall my experience was good, I had a issue with my initial order (nothing they did just my personal taste I didn't like how it looked in person) so I returned for a refund so I could purchase something different that part took a while, but I did receive my new order within a month I places the order the December 7th and was scheduled for delivery January 3rd I received it December 27 which is good but I also paid $25 extra for 3 business day expedited shipping- which they still take up to 11 days to process your order had I would have known that I don't know I would of paid the extra $25 but with it being Christmas time I guess shipping time was ok.

I received my ring on December 24th. I order on December 6th so later than expected but was pleased with the ring itself. I am returning it due to it being to small. I am needing a size bigger. I just hope I can enjoy my new ring sooner than later.

It was good so many rings to choose from I wanted to buy a few but I could only get one

I need to exchange my item for a different size and I wish there was a better process for this.

The product is PHENOMAL! It is worth the money. My issue was shipping. I ordered it to be sent in 4-6 business days. It took 8 and I got no kind of refund of the extra shipping cost. Even though, I asked for it. I was told sorry. It is busier in the holiday season. It is a legitimate excuse but I think they should be ready for a holiday uptick in sales. Nonetheless, I was ecstatic that the product got to me before I needed it on Christmas. It was worth the wait! I absolutely love the product because my spouse went crazy over it.

The rings ran a little larger than others so the ones I got were a little loose even though I used the size I did for other rings that fit fine. I didn't get any notice that the rings had shipped until they arrived in my mailbox. Other than those two things everything went fine.

I like the products and have bought a few others. 2 rings had issues but all others have been great! That's 4/6 good rings! But recently I had expedited for a 3 day arrival for our elopement with an extra couple days cushion and it took me writing an email 8 days later seeing what's going on and I got no personal response or apology just all of a sudden got shipment emails and a response saying it was shipped and that's it. Then received it a few days after. Rings look awesome!

Great Jewelry just delivery takes a while. I would shop more if delivery did not take that long. Takes about a month to receive your merchandise.
