I was nervous at first, but I received my ring and it is beautiful. It took a while to be sent out but once it was shipped I got it quickly

The wrong ring was sent to me. I sent emails to your service department and no one responded back. I purchased through PayPal and also notified them. I am still waiting on a disposition. I used my *******@msn.com email address and added pictures of what I ordered and what was sent. No reply. This was an anniversary ring I was supposed to present on my honeymoon now the moment is ruined because the wrong ring was sent and no engraving which I paid for.

I'm impressed with the processing steps, that the product is made to order. It is worth the wait and I've ordered rings before and I'm pleased with all of them.

Quality is superb, ring is beautiful. Love the packaging as well. Size is larger then standard ring sizes, so order down a size. Since custom made, takes awhile to receive product, so keep that in mind.

First time buying, and very happy with my experience.

It took nearly 3-4 weeks to receive the order which was a gift for my sister and I didn't get it until a few days after her Birthday which bummed me out. Please let your customers know in the US how long shipping takes so they can make their orders in a timely fashion. I would have changed my mind about this had I known. Also, when I received it, the sapphire stones look black and not the brilliant blue that the pictures emulate on the website. An additional bummer for the over all experience to be no higher than a 3 star rating.
