I measured my finger, but the ring is too big. The ring is pretty, but I'm afraid I will lose it.

The rings look good and are as advertised.
I couldn't give a higher review though because my item was late for a few weeks. After bringing the matter up though it was rectified immediately and my item was delivered within a weeks notice. Overall I'm happy with the product

Took a while to get but the ring was beautiful. Although it was bigger than I thought so I'm not so sure how real it looks.

Very good quality product and just exactly as commercial.

Just alot of confusion about paying. But it got resolved and it all worked out. I will be buying more things in the future.

The tracking info only reflected when it was shipped. At no other time could I view the progress of the delivery. Lastly it took 16 days to deliver well past your 7 to 12 days.

Overall I'm very happy with my experience and I really love my ring that I purchased the only downside is I wish I knew my ring was going to take as long as it did to receive otherwise I'm happy with everything else

I wish I would have read all the reviews before buying from this company.
Order bigger sizing is not true to size. Make sure you read return policy cuz even if you order wrong size you can't return it they say it's your fault even though the sizing is not true to size.
As for engraving just forget it all together I can't even read what I had engraved so who knows if it really says what I wanted it to.
I hope this helps people not lose money like I did. I was even just wanting to exchange it and they won't. Make sure you read the return policy it pretty much means you can't return it at all even if it don't fit

The rings I ordered were high quality, and my order arrived faster then expected.

I wish it was a little quicker but u cant rush perfection but the tracking does need to be better

I just wish the 2ed ring locked in to place better. I'm always fixing the second ring twisting it back in place.

My experience with Joancee hasn't been great. I don't think their time scale is accurate nor obvious on their website. I was under the impression I was ordering from California, not China. So anyone who is ordering from them please don't waste money paying for 3-5day delivery because it's impossible. When you email them they'll blame the shipping company. They can not guarantee you this so don't waste your money. Also they don't accept returns from 30days or purchase. They don't tell you that it'll take around 30days to make/receive your ring so there will be no time to return it if you aren't happy. So after around a month I finally received my rings and I am not happy at all. My rings are much tackier looking than they were on images on their website. I chose two very simple rings that are supposed to be my engagement/wedding rings. I hate them. Their tacky and don't look like the pictures. £200.00 gone and wasted.

I paid for 2 day delivery it was almost a month
Then I didn't like it and it's too small

I love the rings! The engravings on both rings were misspelled. Customer was great! They emailed me about my issue in a timely manner. I'm currently waiting for the replacements but overall I would recommend this company to anyone looking for jewelry or engagement rings etc

Easy to search and order. It was an easy process and the rings are perfect.

Timing was way off then what was promoted. Expiteted said 3 days so I paid for it and was never informed i would really wait 3.5 weeks. Bad advertisement.

So far sos good lets see if by me paying 25 dollars for fast shipping is worth it!
