"Expedited" shipping takes almost a month. Terrible customer service. The ring is very cheap and I've been emailing for a week to get return instructions. No response. Very unprofessional. I woolens recommend them to ANYONE. BUYER BEWARE.
I fell in love with a ring on this website, and it was super cheap so I bought it. I had just been scammed by a few websites recently so I was afraid this was one too. It ended up being great and customer service always responded to me. From the time I ordered to when I received my ring was about a month I think- it took a long time. But my ring looks and feels amazing! Just make sure you get your finger professionally sized( it takes like 2 min in a ring shop) because there is no way you can accurately size your finger yourself.
Delivery was pretty quick, engraving was easy to do and cheap, product is very nice and well within my price range
