Very pleased. This is my second purchase and I'm looking at the site for additional pieces.

The ring is absolutely gorgeous! I am so in love with this ring.

Order was timely and accurate. Quality feels nice and weight is good.

Pictures are beautiful, hopefully they will be in person.

Ordered my ring from this website, shipping time stated a max of 12 days. After two weeks I began sending this company messages. Finally got a reply back with a tracking number out of California and that it had departed USTOSHOP.com and the USPS was awaiting the item. Days passed without any movement so I contacted Joancee again and this time someone named Ivy stated that the shipping hasn't updated and they would contact the shipper. She/He sent a link attached with the original tracking number. I clicked on this link and it showed that it went from California now was in China! I was under the impression that this company was based in the USA and why my ring would have shipped out of California over to China. So JOANCEE based out of California is nothing more than a front for a manufacturing company in China. I'm livid and have opened a dispute with PayPay to get my money back. This company is a complete joke, anything from China is Not real and I'd be willing to bet the supposed. 925 Sterling Silver with Rhodium overlay is even real, no telling what garbage metal these people use. Buyer Beware these people do not care about you and simply want your money. Buy at your own risk!

Bad costumer service.
The costumer service rep was very unhelpful and did not want to answer my questions, and after 6 back and forth emails I gave up.
I'm unsatisfied and will not recommend.

Super easy site to shop on the only thing is it takes a little bit to process and ship payment gets taken right away which is nice but takes awhile for company to process and ship item or items

I love the coupon code and the quality of the product, however, it was unacceptable how long it took for my product to arrive and how there is no phone number for you to contact Joancee to issue complaints.

The rings were perfect and beautiful. You add how much they were you can't be any happier.
