Paid for expedited shipping and the ring took over 2-3 weeks to arrive. Ring is amazing

The rings are beautiful. I had a little issue with the shipping. It seemed to get stalled out for a week and couldn't get a answer from anyone. But they ended up arriving shortly after. I love my rings and will order from them again

I have not seen the ring yet - my husband is keeping it until our 45wedding anniversary in a few weeks, but he says it is beautiful. He blindfolded me so I could try it on to make sure it fits - which it does!

The rings that were purchased were for the wedding ceremony of an elderly couple living in long term care. The ceremony was scheduled for a Friday, which was the calculation of the time for shipping and handling. They did not arrive until the following Monday. Other rings had to be purchased in order for the ceremony to go forward. Good thing that when the rings arrived, their decision was to keep them along with the ones purchased by the minister.

The overall shopping experience was super good. I didn't know this was an overseas company until I made the purchase transaction. Then I got a little scared cause I have been screwed before with these kinds of websites. But after purchasing I did get confirmation emails, and eventually a shipping tracking number. One weird thing happened was that when the shipping finally reached USA, I lost all the emails from Joancee, like they self deleted or something and I thought, oh boy, here we go again, I am gonna get scammed. But my package did finally arrive in a very nice box. I purchased the two promise ring set, they rings are beautiful! The sizes are exactly correct, the custom engraving I got was fantastic. They were absolutely stunning! My girlfriend loves her ring very much and mine to match. I would definitely purchase from this company again. Just don't except them in a week. They took like 3 weeks to get here. But super worth it!

My fiance purchased this ring as my engagement ring and I love it. The sparkle is so beautiful and I get a lot of compliments on the ring. Also the sizing is good to the ring is true to it's size. We loved the ring so much we purchasedmy wedding set there as well. The shipping was rather fast and the presentation is incredible.

expect me to pay for this horrible ring to be send back to china

The ring is gorgeous! I bought it as a travel ring and it looks almost identical to my real ring! I paid an extra $30 for expedited shipping but it still took several weeks to arrive. I probably would skip that because I don't think it really expedited it much at all. But the quality definitely was worth it!
