I have ordered several times from JMBullion. Each time has been a wonderful and professional experience.

On the final review of my address, on your website, they leave off my lot number. It is put on the shipping address but it worries me when they ask me to check the address for accuracy and it is incorrect.

There website had deceiving and misleading information. They say varied mints and conditions and should share samples of the varied mints and conditions (give as many sample photos as you can). The pictures they show on the website DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT reflect the product they send. I had purchased product to gift to my kids and what I got was something a Jeweler who is making Jewelry would get, crappy looking square, no packaging as a proper bullion is sold via other credible sources. DO NOT use them, find other sources.

The delivery of my silver bar went smooth. I will enjoy this and others until God forbid I have to use in an emergency situation. I at least have a backup for just that. Tks.

I was not pleased with what happened with the shipping and delivery of my order. It was delivered to the wrong address

This idea is genius! But these little pie-piece shaped quarter-oz are tougher than they look! Don't expect them to break off by hand--they are incredibly sturdy and won't come apart unexpectedly. The fact that JM can price them competitively with 1-oz rounds seals the deal for me. Buying fractionals is always SO expensive! How long will it take before a gold minter gets this hint? (HINT, HINT!)

I've been a JM customer for many years. Several months ago, Mississippi changed its sales tax laws and eliminated tax on coins and bullion. I brought this to JM's attention on at least 3 occasions. They have yet to fix their taxing procedures. I'm done with trying to help them and I'm done buying from them. There are many reputable brokers to choose from.

I purchased a small order of $200 worth of silver bars and coins, however 10 of the silver bars were missing in my order. When I contacted JMB about this they had me send several photos of the package I received, I had to answer a bunch of questions then they said they would look at the video footage of the packing of my order. Then they sent me an email the same day claiming that all my items were in the box they shipped. That's funny because I did receive the box that wasn't tampered with, but somehow most of my order magically disappeared inside the box. They may as well have just sent me an empty box. I do not trust these guys, as this was my fist experience with them. I'm glad it was a small order and not a large one or I would be supper upset. I have to file a dispute with Paypal because JMB is no help in this matter, and I have a feeling it's on purpose.

This was the second time I have had a delivery from J M Bullion and I am satisfied enough to have already placed my next order.

I ordered easily and the order shipped the next day. The package was delivered quickly with multiple updates that made it easy to collect when it arrived. The coin was in great shape and packaged well. Overall, a very easy and satisfying experience.

I have to say out of I believe 7 mystery coins I have purchased I have only had one issue and it was I believe a honest mistake. But they handled it quickly and to my satisfaction. The mystery coin is an affordable way to get a decent coin at a very good price. It adds both variety and value to a collection at a low price. I think $45.00 for a nice proof is a smoking deal. Before you get excited and order remember it's what they have on hand. It also depends on the person and what taste they have. I have kept 4 of the coins and liquidated what I didn't like. I have never lost money on it I have spent a lot more money and gotten a lot less from their main competitor. They have also have never lied to me like their competition. I will continue to buy from them. The other thing is if you pay your bill these people treat you like they owe you until it is in your hands. Unlike others that act like you should feel privileged they even took your money. The shipping is super fast aswell it's worth a dollar to have it pulled immediately pretty much versus waiting on other companies that take a week just to process payment. I have had a few ship same day the shipping cost is affordable aswell when the main competition charges you 79.99 and it will not even ship same day or day after in most cases 80-13 =$67.00 difference that is another gram of gold... I ship reptiles all over the continental US. To ship a 6×6×7 box over night from North Carolina to California guaranteed to be delivered by 10 am runs 69 dollar's that includes insurance.

My order arrived on time as promised,without any issues. Selections are various, and price points are competitive. Will be investing in my metals!
