Their shipper USPS will simply put your order in your mailbox…which may be unsecure. JM Bullion will not let you select a shipper that delivers to your front door (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc) without paying an absurd expediting fee.Using JM Bullion is pointless.

It came quick & secured love it. Only problem is now it won't let me buy anymore. I don't know why I emailed and no response yet

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with JM Bullion that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order for a bar using ACH payment, and the funds were promptly deducted from my account on February 8th. However, not long after, I received a call from JM Bullion informing me that they were unable to complete my order due to some undisclosed issues, and they asked me to consider wiring the money instead. I declined this alternative, opting to cancel the order altogether.

Following the cancellation, I expected a swift refund of my funds. However, it's now March 8th, and I have yet to see the refund reflected in my account. Upon inquiring about the delay, I was informed that the refund would be issued on March 16th. This means that JM Bullion has had my funds for over a month, which is unacceptable by any standard of customer service.

The lack of clear communication and the significant delay in processing the refund has been a major inconvenience. It's disappointing to witness such practices where customer funds are held for an extended period without a valid reason. This experience has considerably eroded my trust in JM Bullion, and I find it hard to recommend their services based on my experience. Customers expect and deserve better, especially when it comes to financial transactions of this nature.

I've been dealing with JM BULLION for a long time now and I am very satisfied with their products and customer service. The biggest part of it all is that JM BULLION is a bullion dealer that I trust!

I ordered two coins along with two air-tight coin holders with gaskets to store the coins inside. The coins looked about uncirculated but the gaskets I received were too small to fit those coins.
