The coins I ordered arrived to my APO address very quickly, packaged well, and in the exact condition as advertised. The coins were intended as gifts for going away gifts and high school graduation. All the recipients were pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would recommend is that you have a gift option (message or wrapping).
I made a 21 Thousand Dollar Purchase and was told that if I paid by wire transfer that my items would ship within a day. I ordered on 6-21-2023. The wire transfer was completed on 6-21-2023. The email said it would ship on 6-23-2023 it didn't. I called on the 23rd and no one could answer why my order was not shipped but said it would ship Monday the 26th it didn't. I called again on the 27th and the person told me they would check on my order and someone would get back to me within 24hrs that didn't happen.So I called one more time and long and behold they shipped it on the 27th. My 1st Purchase and my Last from this company. I will never deal with these deceiving company again and will let my friends know. I just got my order and I ordered Gold Bars instead they send 1oz buttons. What a rip-off
By far the worst online experience of my entire life, my order was completed and even charged to my credit card but then cancelled, not by me, and then my card was credited, again, with absolutely no input from me or any communication from anyne.

Their online site is by far one of the best I have used, they are also very good at keeping you updated on orders you have placed.
JM is great using the USPS in my area is bad. Always delivered late, Twice stolen and needed to get USOS claims involved.
