I was just searching on the internet for wedding dress and I found jjshouse website. I read most of the reviews on almost all you products and I was please. This dress looks absolutely amazing, the lace and bead work where very detailed, prefect fit, correct length and the material was superb. I would definitely shop here again. I requested a custom made dress. It was completed and delivered within 12 days of placing the order. The standard, quality and details of this dress surpassed all my expectations. In my opinion, the picture does not do the dress justice. I had a very minor issue with the length of the ribbon, it was raised with customer service who were very helpful/prompt in responding. This issue is fully resolved. I will definitely be recommending JJS to friends and family.

I have had one of the worse experiences with this company. I ordered three shrugs and all three are in navy blue. Two out of the three shrugs are the wrong shade of blue and the third one is too small around the arms. I requested to return all three shrugs and jjhouse's email stated "NO RETURNS" because these shrugs are customized items and they will NOT refund "customize items". Isn't every item customized? Why even list that there is a "return option"? So what jjhouse is trying to say... THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY... so beware every one!

Very happy I decided to take a chance on ordering my bridesmaid dress online. Thanks so much JJs house! I received my dress at my door in Canada only nine days after placing my order. The dress was folded nicely and shipped inside out to prevent damage. The lining is not actually chiffon, but a shiny soft charmeuse fabric that I think I actually like better than what I was expecting. The lavender colour is also what I wanted and exactly as displayed on my screen. I measured myself according to the directions and although I am a size 12, I am glad I ordered a size bigger so that the dress wasn't too tight. The built-in bra and boning are an added bonus. I will be placing more orders, and recommending this website to family and friends.

I must say that I am very impress with my order. The first day I wore the shoes, everyone was so fascinated about them, that I was asked to sell them for a double price. I love these shoes so much as they fit my feet so well. My instep is broad and I do find it difficult at times to get a perfect fit. I always have to buy a half size over for a fit, but these shoes arethejust perfect. I am still so excited about the shoes, that has so much fascinatrion of the design flower and beaded buckle. This shoe design is a hit with all onlookers.

I regularly use this gown for concert performances of classical singing and LOVE it. It always gets a lot of compliments, the colour is beautiful (I got it in grape) and it is very flattering. The only downsides are that it's quite hard to do up the zipper by yourself and if you have small shoulders like me then the beaded section can slouch - due to the design of the dress it's not possible to get it altered to be smaller (or wider) in the shoulders.
