This is an outstanding site. The apparel here is grade A. It is very easy to navigate through. It has something for all women. Young, older and in between. The quality of their wear is supreme. The variety of type of dresses is endless and colors are plentiful. The sizing is on point and if not you can get them custom sized. I absolutely love this site. JJSHOUSE is second to none. I told my favorite people all about and they ordered from here as well. They agree. It is the only place to shop for that special something even if that is merely a dress to wear to a barbecue. They have something for any event. I can't say enough about them. It's everything you ever needed in an online dress store and more... for less... great prices!

Online chat worked great and rep answered all of my questions and helped with the measurements and advice for what to put in the "comments" box. Dress is so beautiful and fits perfectly, which is amazing as I'm short and fat, and sent in measurements because the pre-cut sizes wouldn't work. I'm so happy and thrilled (because I had my doubts about doing the whole thing online) and will definitely order from JJs again. Thank you so much!

THESE DRESSES ARE A ONE TIME WEAR! YOU CAN NOT WASH OR DRYCLEAN THEM. YOU CAN NOT RETURN THEM. I LOST ALMOST $400 WITH MY ORDER. THE JR BRIDES MAID DRESS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PINK - IT WAS PEACH. IT DID NOT MATCH THE BRIDES MAIDS DRESSES. THE MOTHER OF THE BRIDE DRESS WAS TOO SMALL AND TOO LONG. THE HEART KEYCHAIN ENGRAVED CAME WITH ALL SPRIPT CAPITAL LETTERS AND YOU CAN NOT READ IT. THEY GIVE YOU NO RETURNS WITHOUT IT COSTING YOU EVEN MORE MONEY THAT YOU ALREADY SPENT. SAVE YOURSELF ALL THIS DISAPPOINTMENT!

I have to say after a very nervous wait for my order which arrived the day before my daughters prom (which is the only thing I could fault this company on it should of arrived the week before) the dress was absolutely spot on. We paid for the tailored fit and it fit perfectly, she looked and felt beautiful in it.
We were charged an extra £32 shipping fee from courier and had to pay it to get the dress, however, I contacted JJsHouse and they promptly refunded that payment. So I would definitely recommend this company after a hesitant start!

The evening dress was exactly as the photo accept too large. JJ's responded promptly to my concerns and reimbursed me most of the cost of alterations, involving taking in both side seams 2.5cm. I have been very impressed with the quality and comfort of the gown and most importantly with the positive responses to problems. This is the real test of a business and JJs have done very well. I ordered a dress online for the first time ever, and after reading a few reviews on this website, I was a little suspicious. However, I decided to go through with it and order a ball gown for my last year at high school. The chat option allows you to talk to one of their professionals, and I asked for real-life pictures of the dresses I was considering. This was such a great idea, as the dress I originally wanted kinda looked completely different from the real life pictures, and the second dress I had decided on looked perfect, as I was able to look at all the colours properly. This made me change my decision, and I ordered it in the generic sizes (which was the perfect fit), and the lady even sent it earlier because my ball was so soon!
I absolutely love the dress. There are so many layers to it, and it fits like a glove. The only concern is that it was a little scratchy bu the fabric held all night and it still hasn't changed from the day I bought it, even after a whole night of dancing. The customer service was amazing and I received so many compliments that night. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I have purchased three gowns from JJsHouse. The first and third were made to my measurements for very little extra cost. The second one was bought according to the size chart. I didn't notice that only one measurement in the size chart was in accordance with mine. It didn't fit. JJsHouse policy does not accept returns if the size of the dress you ordered doesn't fit. However, they did return a partial payment. Now I know to order the dresses to be made according to my measurements. The gowns are gorgeous and very well made. The styles to choose from makes it easy to find what I wanted. The prices for the gowns was excellent. I will definitely buy again, but only using my measurements.

I fell in love with a particular dress on this site for my sons wedding. After carefully having myself measured, I ordered it with the additional custom fit fee of $20. I was a little afraid to order something sight unseen. I should have trusted my instincts! This custom made dress arrived within 5 business days..."custom made" from Hong Kong! Now really! The dress was shorter than portrayed on their web site, way too big in the bust area and way too low cut. When I requested to return it... with photos, this was their response: "We have checked your pictures carefully and do feel sorry that the dress does not fit you. PLease be assured that we did make the dress In The size you offered. You may refer to the attached photos of your dress taken before shipment. (Photos show measuring tape on dress) We understand that different dress styles and different body proportions may also affect the fit. Also each of our dresses is purely hand sewn ( in less than 2 days?) so the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements which is unavoidable. TO solve the problem timely, we have worked out the following ways to solve your problem out. 1) According to our dressmakers, you can go for a local tailor or professional seamstress to have the dress re-sized (I wonder what that will cost me, but will still be too short!) And, we are willing to offer you 10% refund of the dress value to share the cost...( this would be $20) 2) If resizing is not possible, we are willing to offer you a 20% discount coupon code to buy a new dress in correct size. And custom size is highly recommended. Meanwhile, you can keep the dress."
I do not have time to order another dress and risk the same situation, and I DID pay extra for custom fit!
I have requested a full refund and am awaiting response... Will keep you informed. IN meantime... steer clear of this site!
FINALLY! They agreed to a full refund. However, I had to pay $35 to send it back to China using USPS. Apparently I cannot expect a refund for over a month and may be charged a small fee on PayPal. I have tried to track the package but cannot follow it beyond the US. I have asked my post office to alert me via email when the package is delivered. Unless you have a lot of time and energy to apply to this company... DON'T DO IT!
6-28 received email that I should see my refund in my paypal account in three days. Received refund. After way too much agrrivation!

I ordered my wedding dress from JJ's and I received it last night... which is several days earlier than originally quoted by JJ's. It came in a small box which made me really nervous about what I was going to find inside. There was no way a wedding dress could fit in that box! I opened the box to find a very neatly and professionally folded garment inside a large plastic sealed bag. I took the dress out and unfolded it still nervous about what I was going to get. The dress was inside out which I thought was a great move by JJ's. I turned it right side out and found the exact dress I ordered. The dress looks identical to the dress on the website. The quality of the dress seems very good. I did order the dress 2 sizes larger than my normal size because I am small but curvy which always causes me problems when buying clothes. I didn't want to take any chances on it not fitting and having to deal with the refund process which from what I've read seems a little difficult. The dress fit me perfectly in the hips but it's a little big in other areas... which is normal for me. I will have to have it altered in some areas but it will be minimal. Wedding dresses usually have to be altered anyway so it's not a big deal for me. I have no complaints at all about my purchase from JJ's but I would suggest when ordering that you get your dress a little bigger than your normal size, especially if you have curves!

I ordered a beautiful mother of the bride dress. Came in early-great! I ordered a size above my normal dress size and the dress was wayyy too small. I know my size. The zipper is also very faulty. Hard to get it up and down, and they didn't even address this issue when I was trying to get a refund. Zipper was constantly getting stuck both up and down, very defective. The most I could get them to agree to was a 35% refund for the dress even though it had a defective zipper and was too small and not fixable. I was only offered 35% refund and that was fer several emails. No telling how long refund will take. To my surprise my money was refunded very quickly. Also, after further emails, they agreed to a full refund which they very quickly sent to my account. Shipping was very expensive but they have promised me a partial refund on that.

I was really nervous to order from this website because I was unaware my purchase would be shipped from Hong Kong, I found out after I placed my order because my bank called me about it! I bought a prom dress on 4/27 and hoped it would come before my prom on 5/20; I also picked the color from the picture and was worried about that too! But I asked them a couple questions and they responded right away and the dress came really fast, shipped in three days! The dress is only a little darker than the picture online, and for ordering a regular size 4 it fits very well, the beading is gorgeous and everything is of nice material. I have to say that I would definitely order from here again, it was a nice experience.
