I bought some hair pieces for my bridesmaids. The quality is dreadful (think a pound shop or market stall) and I can't return them as their returns procedures are enough to tip anyone over the edge.
For those that don't fit the standard measurements, you can't get a better price for custom made to you for the price. And when you need it in 2 to 3 weeks... Custom made to you, in 3 weeks! At a very reasonable price.
So far disgusted and annoyed just paid $34.00 postage to return gross gross dress hope yo get refund if will trash jjhouse on social media dress cheaply made poor quality embellishment look like snow flakes i wanted this for a august wedding zipper poor UGLY does not look like photo i ordered at all so far out $200.00 ugh
I got a really nice trumpet dress from jj's house and it's absolutely gorgeous, it is nice quality and is a little wrinkled from transport, but can easily be fixed with some steam. Other than that I am so glad I was able to save so much on my prom dress.
I have told all my friends and family about the amazing service I received from JJ's. Also just how absolutely beautiful my dress. I thought their picture of it was beautiful but when I got my breath was taken away. I have my bridesmaids ordering from them because of their great service. I was worried about the size because I am heavier but their size guide which allows me to take my own measurements was a blessing. When I got my dress and tried it on I cried it fit perfectly! After receiving my dress, I found it to be very bulky, not free flowing, and the sleeves were cap sleeves, not half sleeves, as their photos displayed. I wear a Size 4, but the dress was much smaller, (closer to a Size 2). The day I received the dress, I requested a Return Authorization. They replied with a request for a photo of the dress, which I then sent. They then refused, saying the dress was made as it appeared on their website and they couldn't justify a return or exchange. I will NEVER purchase from this manufacturer again. In this day, when so many suppliers are customer service oriented, JJ HOuse IS NOT. Please don't waste your money, unless you are certain you will love your purchase.

I've ordered a few thing from JJ's House and had great outcomes, which is why I'm still giving them a 4. However the shoes that I ordered were way off compared to normal sizes. I ordered a size 7, and they are about 2 sizes bigger than what an actual size 7 would be in the US (I used their size chart). I looked closer, and their return policy says that you can't return any items unless basically they made an error. You can't return anything just because the size you ordered doesn't fit. So now I'm stuck with basically a size 9 shoe that I cannot return or use.
I brought my dress online, quite skeptical about buying it online and ensuring it is correct.
Dress came with perfect material, not rough, the features on the dress are not tacky.

I did a custom size the only reason it doesn't get 5 star is because the custom fitting is an inch too large so I am going to have to get it altered.
