Wish I could give a zero rating. Bought a dress for my daughter's wedding. The picture was beautiful. When it arrived the seams were not sewn correctly which made it bunch out at the sides. The lace was not connected in places. The jacket that I paid extra for, didn't lay correctly because the snap wasn't in the right place. They wanted me to take it to a tailor and have it fixed. The nerve! I paid too much money for a dress that was made horribly!
They told me they would issue me a refund when I sent it back. I paid $33.75 to return it according to their directions using USPS with a tracking number and somehow, it can't get delivered! Do yourself a favor and ignore this website!

I finally received my full refund but had to write this review before they honored my request. I still believe that others should be warned so I will not delete this review.

I am having a horrible time with this company. Their customer service is terrible! I used their measuring chart to order my dress and when it came it wouldn't even zip up. I sent them pictures as per their request if my modeling the dress and how it doesn't zip up my back and I sent pics of my bra size and their size chart as proof that the size wasn't as indicated. They told me they can only offer a 20% discount on another dress or that I should just take it to a tailor! I spent almost $200 on this dress and they expect me to keep it and eat the money. Or spend more money to try and get it fixed by a tailor! You can't add fabric to this dress! It has a lace overlay and the back is totally exposed because it won't zip up! I had even referee my friend to get her bridesmaid dresses from here but now I'm going to tell her and all my other friends to steer clear. I'll report them on all the social media sites too. This is unacceptable.

Receiving my dress, I noticed that the lace was poor quality and was pilling. After several emails JJ's House finally agreed to a refund. However, because I had given a poor review on their quality, they would not grant an immediate refund (vs 3-4 weeks when the product was received back to China) unless I removed the poor reviews. They also denied I was a customer when I first attempted to write a review. I just received confirmation of my refund and am now able to share the truth. The quality of the product is poor. If you must return it after their "7-day" policy, be prepared to spend a week in email negotiations and pay a lot of money for postage. Would never recommend this vendor.

Ordered a communion dress for my daughter, it arrived at the very end of the time estimate, and instead of the dress in the picture that was floor length it was cut off at the knee!
The shoes, which I had deliberately ordered 1.5 sizes up, were no where near a fit, and are obviously completely wrongly sized.
The event is now this weekend, and we have no hope of a resolution from them.
Still waiting to get a reply from them on email...

I was really concerned reading all the bad reviews after I ordered 2 custom size, mother of the brides dresses. However i received them today and couldn't be happier. The colour match the pics, workmanship, quality of the material and lace, fit were perfect and really quick delivery to Sydney Australia. Note: ensure you select a style that suits YOUR body shape. The models are ultra thin. Word of Advice: You're better off dealing with your bank and request a chargeback dispute with them. You will more likely get your money back that way.

I bought a dress from JJsHouse. Spent a small fortune. Dresses are more expensive than other well known sites but quality and fitting is extremely poor, and doesn't look like the picture advertised. It looks like a halloween costume! Very disappointed all together. Worst of all, their return policy is awful... there has been back and forth correspondences emails of me asking for a return and them ignoring my request... wasting my time... each email is replied after 20 hours. They have now offered a 20% coupon to spend on their website OR 10% refund, and had instructed me to contact my local tailor to resolve the issue.

Also, if all their dresses are custom made then why do they charge more on their 'custom made' on their website. Scam!

If they want to retain their customers and have good reviews they need to change their return tactics. I was going to recommend them to all my friends going to our upcoming event but not anymore. Run the other direction.

The dress was more than we expected. We had to have alterations made once it arrived, but we knew that would happen because the dress was for my daughter and she is not quite 5 ft tall, and she wanted it poofier, so we were having layers of tule added to it. The person doing the alterations commented on how well it was made. She said it was fully lined, the seam allowance was generous, the material was of good quality, and the stitching was solid. I was having issues with the delivery because I live in the country and have a box number, so that is not their fault yet the person with whom I corresponded was helpful and articulate. I have no complaints at all, and would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a dress from this seller for an upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, when I received the dress, it did not look like the picture on the website. The pleats in the front of the dress are not sewn correctly so they were impossible to iron. The zipper had to be tugged extremely hard to get it all the way up (not because it was too small but because it was a bad zipper). The other girls who ordered their dresses from this website had the same problem with zippers. Overall, the dress is very cheaply and poorly made. It cost me over $100 to have it made and shipped. I will not be able to sell this dress to anyone for even close to that price. I was overall extremely disappointed in the quality and look of the dress and would never ever recommend this seller to anyone. Not only is it poorly made, it is grossly overpriced. I hope this review will save someone time and money in the future!

I was very nervous about ordering a dress for my daughter's wedding from this company and even checked out sitejabber first. My nerves about it were completely unfounded. Everything was as described. Manufactured to custom measurements in 4 days, despatched and arrived 6 working days after despatch in it's own box and clothing bag. The dress is exactly as pictured. It fits comfortably and has boning and enough padding that I won't even need to wear a bra with it. Beautifully made. I highly recommend this company.
