I placed an order for three dresses a month ago. I received an email from them stating they would only send one dress at a time, fearing I ordered more that I wanted and was going to return two. I actually wanted all three. I didn't care for the attitude so I told them to forget it, don't send any. They said okay, and that I would receive a refund in14 days. It is a month and I never received a credit. I contacted them and they said, oh did I want to cancel! They would start the refund process and again said I would receive my refund in 14 days. My order never even shipped and they charged my credit card! I can't imagine how hard it is to make a return that you actually receive. I am going to turn them in for credit card fraud if I don't receive my refund in the next few days.
I was confused with the purchase that made but they are willing to refund my full money. Refund Department work terrific. I will be expecting my money by today

Firstly they are not based in the uk, they are in Hong Kong, dispite trying to mislead you with a. co.uk web address.
Secondly, even if you select the super saver deliver (which is still £12!?!?) then they will charge you £24 for delivery.
Thirdly when you inform them of THEIR website error and ask for a refund, they'll offer you store credit. If you refuse, they'll tell you tough luck, they've sent the item out, even though you raised the ticket immediately after completing the purchase, and we'll before they sent it.
Avoid at all costs.

I Never received my order. I have contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. They couldn't or wouldn't tell me a tracking #, who or when it was shipped through. They kept giving generic responses and never answering my questions. They would only offer me $6 off shipping Then next time they offered me 40% off then they after that they offered me instead $6 off my next purchase. They must be insane to think that is acceptable when I had not received and still haven't the item in question. It's insulting in my opinion. DoNOT BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered a dress with a matching cape to wear to my grandson's wedding. We took careful measurements before ordering. The dress arrived on time. I hung it up to let the wrinkles smooth out. The color did not look like the one that I had seen online. I had made a mistake not to order a swatch. The lace on the top front looked heavy and white, not like the delicate lace which matched the dress in the picture. I tried it on and found that it did not fit. It was much too large in the midriff. I will never wear this dress. There is a no refund policy for special orders. I will never order a dress online again. I have just thrown over $200 out the window.
We ordered dresses from JJ's House and they are horrible. Out of 5 dresses NONE fit! I am a professional seamstress and they do not take into account the shoulder measurement and this should have been my first red flag, but because we were pushed for time we thought we would go for it! WE WASTED $1000! The dresses are garbage. Garbage material, garbage workmanship and 10 inches of missing material in the back! Then they offer me 40% to take it somewhere to have it fixed? Where am I going to find fabric to match and fill in 10 inches of fabric? NEVER order from these people!
I bought a dress for my daughter which was very snug on the chest area. Sent the dress back to them within the seven days they received it and signed for it( I have proof) but keep telling me they haven't gotten it. BS. They are supposed to issue me a coupon for the amount I originally paid in order for me to order another dress still nothing. I will be taking legal actions.
They have offered me a full refund IF I CHANGE MY REVIEW! They are trying to buy me off. How shady is that? I informed them that if they had simply done the right thing and offered a refund in the first place since this was their problem, that I wouldn't have posted a bad review. I accept the 60% hit in order to give an accurate review so other shoppers, like myself, that depend on accurate reviews aren't suckered.
Purchased shoes. When I received them the heels collapsed (clearly not enough support through the heel) and they looked tacky and cheaply made. When I reached out to return them they offered me a 50% coupon. Pass, I don't want anymore cheaply made products. They also offered me a full refund with return of the product. Since shipping back to china costs like 30$ that's nothing like a full refund. I told them that I would like a full refund and for them to pay for the shipping instead since it was their poor manufacturing that caused the problem. They then offered me a 40% refund and I could keep the product (which will go in the trash). This is super shady considering it is their awful quality causing the issue.
Be warned, this is the 1st and last time I will buy from jjhouse! I wish I'd read the reviews before buying from this place.
I paid 16 bucks for rush delivery only to find out that I wouldn't receive my dress until a week after my son's wedding! When I tried to cancel the order they said they would only give me 40% of what I paid. So I chose to go on with the order. When it arrived it was too small. I ordered a size 12 I'm a size 10 and it still wouldn't even zip up. When I asked about the return policy they tell me I had 7 days to request a refund. Mind you, the first email I sent would have been prior to the seven days but that email came back as failed email. Plus every email takes them 24 hours to respond so time is of the essence, so they make sure to take their time on their replies. Needless to say by the time I was able to get the email through the seven days had already passed!

I still can't get over the fact that they wanted to refund me only 40% of what I paid! Not even 50% they make good money off of honest people such as myself! I couldn't even imagine taking money from anyone who trusts me enough to provide a service only to NOT comply on my end! But I guess some companies don't give a damn!
Do not buy from this place. I wish so badly that I had done my research before I fell victim to their fraudulent website. They don't ship what they said they will to you and they do not offer a full refund like they claim. There is no phone number and they will only communicate with you through email. They are based in China and are completely fraudulent. They stole my money.
My order was supposed to take 5 days and then I paid for express shipping. Disorder took close to three weeks with no answer as to why and the shipping took twice as long as it was supposed to. When I finally received the item one of the letters was completely out of line with the rest of the personalization. It took me three tickets to figure out why my item didn't ship as it was supposed to and their response was too many orders. I understand what a business is busy but do not charge express shipping if you're not going to ship the item quickly that kind of defeats the purpose of me spending extra.
Problem 1: Deceptive. Markets itself as an Australian company/domain, but this is all in China. I would not have ordered if I knew due to the trouble I have had with other Chinese factories/returns.
Problem 2: I ordered size 42 dance shoes (AU/NZ/US 11). They did not fit. They were more like a size 40-41 and not wearable.
Problem 3: shoes required for a specific date. I ordered with many weeks buffer and customer service guaranteed my delivery by a certain date, and I paid a huge shipping express shipping cost (similar to the price of the shoes) to ensure they would arrive in plenty of time. Item did not even leave the warehouse by my delivery window.
Problem 4: being China and not Aus like the website implies, the cost to post back was more than the cost of the item. No satisfactory remedy offered by jjs house, just the run around. I would never order from this company again and suggest you pay for a local business, or at least one that will promise to remedy any issues that the company themselves has created.
Since writing this review I have been offered a 15% discount off my next purchase providing I take down my review. This company are corrupt

I had the worst experie I have ever had with on line shopping. I'm getting married in the summer and initially ordered 6 bridesmaid dresses as I thought I would be able to try, pick my favourite and return. The company emailed me once my order was confirmed to say they don't do buy many keep one' So i could only order one and I should pick. Eventually I made my choice and ordered one dress. I then checked my bank account and they had deducted full price of 6 dresses from my account. I contacted them immediately and was told the money would be in my account within 24 hours. This went on for a month a half. I was contacting them daily requesting my money. They replied once every 24 hours and it was a different person each time. I requested to speak to manager several times but no or ever responded to this request. I was told due to holidays there was a delay but it wasn't holiday season. After a month of daily message I decided I wanted to cancel the one dress I had ordered as I didn't trust them and did not want to do business with them. I was then told I couldn't cancel or I would only get 50% refund. They tried to get me to go ahead with the dress which I kept saying no. This went on for a week and over this period they then put my whole refund on hold so I was still owed £600. They sent sent me an snail about the dress I had ordered to encourage me to go ahead and when I read the details of the dress that had even got the colour wrong. RAt the end of Feb I threatened legal action if I did not receive a full refund and a few days later it was in my account. The entire process was stressful and unnecessary. I would never use this company again and I would strongly recommend that no one does especially anyone that is planning a wedding as you just don't need this on top of everything else to have to organise.
The shoes I purchased were a full inch longer than the specifications listed on their website. They obviously make MANY manufacturing errors. They will NOT pay for return shipping even though it's totally THEIR fault. Wait till you find out the cost to YOU for the return shipping. YOU LOSE! Don't do it!

First they take forever to process your shipment. They charge you, they close your order but they will start to process the shipment in almost 3 weeks later, when the money already left your account. Other point is the quality of the products. It is very inferior quality and poor compared with what you see in the pictures. And to finalize, the return policy does not fits they own criteria. If you return following all the instructions you will not get your money back. You will receive only $20. I spent $89.99 in a shoe (that was bigger), wedding tiara and earrings that was very poor quality. I returned with approval, in the right time of 7 days and in the same condition that I received. And, I didn't get my total refund, only $20, which shows the bad credibility of this business. Don't buy in this website, I had a terrible experience, to do not tell you about how many messages I had to text to them.
Do NOT order from this company! I placed an order, and JJ's told me that I could not order dresses to try on and return. I told them to cancel the entire order. They charged me for dresses I NEVER received. Fortunately, I have a great credit card company that disputed this bill.
I know someone else that had a similar problem and they are making her pay a $60 cancellation fee. Her credit card company was no help to her. This company is terrible.
Paid for my order ages ago and measured the bridesmaid against the size chart. She needed a 12 and when it came, it was massive so we sent it back and exchanged for a 10. Theyre refusing to send it out now even though I've paid for shipping again so Ive got the other bridesmaid's dress but not this one. Ive emailed them dozens of times, raised disputes on their site, gone via Instagram and via Trust Pilot. They act interested when anyone can see but as soon as its a one-on-one convo, they wont reply.

Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
