Horrible customer service!
They sent my dress in the wrong shade that and also had bad stitching right on the darts. The process to return it and get a new one in the correct color (so I actually match the rest of the bridal party) was awful! Takes forever to go back and forth via email. They gave such a run around and didn't offer any discount for all the crap they put me through. Now I'm 3 weeks from the wedding and still no dress! Praying it gets here in time and is correct and without issues! Definitely don't recommend this company and won't buy from them again!
I ordered a simple derby memorizer a month before the Kentucky Derby. Delivery was supposed to be ten to fifteen days. It has now been 5 weeks and I still have not received the item. When I contacted the company, they lied and said it was being hand made especially for me (Really? I found it on Amazon with two day deliver). Then they lied again saying that it is a 10 to 15 day processing time then they deliver (Yet the took my money that same day). I went back to their website, now the same hat says 24 hour turnaround with 7 day delivery. I contacted company again, they lied again saying item was made and shipped in a timely fashion and I should get it 2 weeks! Really?! Just tell me the truth. It was ordered and being shipped from China and JJ's has no control over it. Bad business.
Hi there! I purchased a dress for my mother to try on (for mother of the bride)!:)
The dress did not fit, was heavy and scratched my Mother's arm and shoulder, which my mother JUST broke. Within 1 day I asked to return it, however was informed that I would only receive 40% of my return. YES READ THAT CORRECTLY, I was told I would get a refund. I want to warn every bride so they don't have to deal with this before their wedding. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
Ordered 2 dresses, one came and one is missing. They couldn't provide a tracking number and shipping company name used for the missing dress. Requested me to send them my ID and write down package not received, with name, address and signature. I did not do as asked because I do not want my signature or ID to be misused. I asked for a refund and they are asked me to wait for 10 days for investigation with shipping company. But they can't even provide a tracking number or name of shipping company.
I will never recommend JJshouse and I will rather buy from good company from Aliexpress, at least you are protected there.
My payment was cleared and they never send out my order. I told them to cancel and they said they would only refund 40% of my payment. Right out robbery. They won't send out your order. I will be filling fraud charge on my card. Don't bother to order. From previous review seemed like their items are all cheaply made and you would lose in the end. I ordered a dress for my sons wedding. It took 3.5 weeks to get here and it looks awe full on. I tried to return but it's past the 7 days by 4 days. They refuse to let me return. Customer service is horrible. Plus they are direct from China so returning a dress is $$$$. Don't deal with this company they are horrible.

I ordered a dress. It took over a month to arrive, was not true to size and looked terrible. When I contacted them to return it they said it was over 7 days from the date I received it so would not honor their return policy. Bad product... worse customer service.
This is the WORST Company I have ever ordered from. Its Derby time in Kentucky, paid for express shipping, and here it will be Derby tomorrow 5/4/2019, and NO DAMN DERBY HAT. WORST PLACE EVER TO ORDER. And LIVE chat with some one is a joke too.
I want everyone who needs anything from JJS HOUSE not to use them. We ordered dresses for my wedding that where way too small. My bridesmaid dress was not even shipped however they only gave me back half the money. They suck huge. It took us 8 weeks to get back half our money on an item not even shipped.

I am yet to receive this item, customer service has been so unhelpful and I've dealt with a different person every time. The tracking number provided shows the item as delivered and signed for but doesn't say who signed for it. I currently am left without a wedding dress and having to do some last minute shopping because I trusted other reviews on their website.

I ordered two pair of dancing shoes. Both the same size based on their sizing chart. It took forever to get the order. Neither pair fit. One pair was about a half size to a full size too large. The other pair was at least two sizes too large.
I tried to return them and was told returns had to be made in 7 days.
I contacted this company multiple times, first trying to cancel an order before it was started as they could not get it to me in time for the function because everyone was on a holiday. They said they could not do this without charging me 60% of the dress. Ok. They said if I receive the dress and don't like it I can return for a full refund. I get the dress, return it as per their directions and now weeks later they say they cannot refund it and it is somehow my fault. The dress wasn't even expensive and it was on principle alone I have spent so much time trying to be refunded the money clearly stated in their policy.
I wish there would have been more negative reviews to save me from supporting this terrible business. This has been the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. Just another reminder to buy local and support the people in our own communities rather than overseas thieves!
I ORDERED A FORMAL DRESS FOR $162.00 IN A SIZE 10 FOR MY SONS WEDDING. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS AT LEAST TWO SIZES SMALLER I COULD NOT EVEN ZIP IT UP. I TRIED TO RETURN THE DRESS AND THEY WERE CHARGING ME $150.00 TO SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA. THERE WAS ALSO AN AREA ON THE DRESS THAT WAS NOT SEWN PROPERLY. NOW I AM STUCK WITH A DRESS I CANNOT USE. GREAT DISSAPPOINTMENT. I WILL NEVER ORDER A DRESS FROM JJS. NOW IN A BIND WITH $ TO BUY A NEW DRESS!

The website is confusing, they charged my credit card twice, sent me two orders. When I tried to return second order they tried to give me a voucher for more merchandise.
I just want to send back the product and get my money back.

I placed an order for a bridesmaid bouquet. It took close to a month to arrive. When it did it was crush beyond usable. I immediately contacted customer service to see what I needed to do. You get three options. Return it and get a coupon for 50% of your next purchase. Or keep it and get 40% of your next purchase. Or return it for a refund. Only problem being is you have to pay the shipping costs to return it and then you only get the cost of your item. The workman ship was so bad the glue had not dried before it was shoved into a plastic bag so the bouquet was stuck to the bag, 3/4 of the diamond accents were missing. The was glue all over the handle. It was a mess. Buyer beware you get what you pay for. Cheap and shoddy.
The dress color was not what I wanted but would have worked had it not been much longer than expected or what i wanted, i decided to return it. Initially had trouble as i thought they were not responding to my emails, however the problem was their responses were going to my spam folder. After the kinks were fixed, they issued a full refund for the dress promptly. You do not have the ability to talk to anyone, which is what i did not like, however it was beautiful at a great price. The reason for the review is that there were many dissapointed with their product or service, i thought they deserved someone pleasantly surprised
Normally order a 4 but went up a size just in case. Dress arrived and I can barely zip it and it was supposed to be silver and it is a grey/beige. Very disappointed.
I just got my dress today 3 days later than its should have but its okay but when i open the box with my dress it looked fine undtil i pulled the dress out! I have ordered a dress in royal blue and the color is fine BUT who put white lace on a dark dress I was disappointed but i tried to giv it a chance. So i tried it on and then you could see the bad sewing at the bottom and at the middle of the dress it looks awful. It looks like one of the baloon dresses and its not.! It wont fall naturally like most dresses should and makes you look like you are pregnant because of the bad sewing

Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
