Be very careful about ordering from this company! Yes the prices are good but it seem's very hit & miss as to what you will receive. I placed an order for a tailor made dress with specific measurements, I stated what length I wanted but it is about 8 inches too short & is over all to big! I will now have to spend double what I paid for it to get it altered. The dress is for my daughters wedding in August & I was planning on ordering another one for my son's wedding next April but I'm not going to risk it now!

Little blue tins. All completely destroyed, no packing and both bags were already open. They offered 40 percent of the purchase price or 6.00 on a 16.00 purchase plus I paid9.00 shipping. Whereby I lose 19.00 for receiving the junk. These are thieves. They are nothing like a reputable U S company. Don't do business with them. They also said I could spend even more of money to mail back the broken tins to them and then try to seek reimbursement. I sent them photos so they could clearly see the condition

I'm a writer and as such used to bad reviews, But in addition I'm also a mother of the bride who did not want to wear traditional, and after months of consideration mainly due to the not so good reviews of this company, I thought, give it a go So, arrives here, late on a Friday night a foot square parcel, soaking wet because of the weather and I puts it aside in order to finish my meal in peace with my hubby before all kinds of things hit various fans, although I was still clinging to one fact. The cost for what I was getting was not that great. Not really. Anyway, what eventually came out of that parcel left me beyond belief glad I ordered this dress. The colour, the fit, the finish is stunning.

I was so sceptical of ordering after reading 50/50 reviews on this site. Thought what the hell, il order way in advance through paypal so im covered.

And the dress is PERFECT exactly like the picture, thw material ia high quality and heavy, no faults.
I upped a size i will need to have it altered in the waist.
I guess im one of the lucky ones that it worked for and im so pleased as it saved me a fourtune.
To have this dress made for me would have cost between 700-1000AUD.

Easy, hassle free returns their website says. WHAT A JOKE. They don't let you return anything, customer service is HORRIBLE, there are clear language barriers, and they don't care about satisfying the customer.

I bought bracelets for my bridesmaids that looked NOTHING like the website when they showed up. I am not allowed to return them because they are "personal" items and I cannot return them for sanitary reasons. However, I have tried explaining, both in words and pictures, that they are DEFECTIVE. The pearls have strange lines through them. I don't know if they were trying to imitate fresh water pearls or what, but it looks terrible. As for the engraving, it is so faint you can hardly read it, on top of the fact that they look tarnished, and there are weird bumps on the metal too. Like bubbles in the coating or something.

I wish I would have found this site with reviews of them BEFORE I wasted my money on buying JUNK from these horrible people. NEVER BUY FROM HERE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Two customised bridesmaid dresses in the same colour ordered at the same time (one order placed). Two different shades of the same colour arrived. I cannot have bridesmaids in different colours when they are supposed to be matching. JJHouse offered a 50% refund on one dress. THIS IS NOT HELPFUL. I CANNOT HAVE BRIDESMAIDS IN TWO DIFFERENT SHADES WHEN THIS WAS NOT THE INTENTION. The sizing of one of the two dresses is also off by approx. 2 sizes. JJ House confirmed the dresses were made by two different people and different batches of material.

Please don't be tempted by this company, it's a total scam and I wish I'd have investigated them more thoroughly before I ordered. I'd actually have put up with the poor quality of the dress as it was only for one day however it is at least 4" too short and nothing can fix that.

A friend and I ordered for our daughters leavers gala, she ordered three days after me, our dresses were on the same flight and my dress arrived three days after hers. The tracking had shown mine as sitting at London not moving for days but when I questioned it JJs just regurgitated delivery timelines from their website, they didn't even acknowledge that one dress from the flight was delivered and the other was still showing as at the clearance centre.

Her measurements were each 1" bigger than mine yet you can see by the photos the difference in length. I'm a trained tailor and I checked my measurements three times before ordering I've also checked them again since the dress arrived and they are not correct however JJs are adamant that they are and after days of back and forth (takes 1-3days to get a response) they have offered 40% for a tailor to fix it, how on earth can a tailor add 4" to the length of a dress. There are loose stitches all over the dress which would come away quite quickly and also the ruching to the bodice are different widths.

The dress is poor quality and completely the wrong size, I'm now five days before my 11 year old daughters gala with no dress and she is absolutely devastated. I'm also £100 out of pocket for a piece of tat which is no good to anybody, since JJs have refused a full refund I'm now pursuing it through my bank and Paypal to recoup my money since I'll need to try to pull together money and find a replacement dress.

I ordered a prom dress from this site and the overall experience was okay. My order came very quickly which was nice, however, it did not look quite like the picture. The neckline was a little off, but I was actually okay with how it looked and the quality was good. I wore it to one prom, and after 8 hours one of the straps actually broke. Luckily my friend is in dance and it used to dress malfunctions. She grabbed some pins from some guys' boutonnieres and some tape one person ended up having and repaired it for the night (mostly). I had a good time and even have some offers for selling it next year, but it was a little bit unexpected.

Jjshouse offered to refund the import tax (and did so) I had to pay in return for deleting my comment. I feel however that to pretend that a company is located in a certain country is misleading.
I have changed the rating but will keep my comment intact.

I ordered from a Swiss site; jjhouse.ch in SFR.
To my surprise they sent the merchandise from China. I had to pay an additional 50% Import tax plus handling fee. If I had known this and there was no mention that the merchandise would be sent directly from China I would not have ordered

This company is violating the clients rights in a way that supposed to be legal. We have TO STOP this. I bought two dresses with my measurements. I paid this service extra and the two dresses came with different sizes that didn't fit me. I try to send it back but I got the answer that they will not accept my purchase back because I ordered with my measurements. I cannot use the two dresses and I also cannot send it back. This is a clear ROBBERY. I didn't accept their answer and I still waiting for the right and proper response. Where are the policies that protect the clients towards seller like JJsHouse website?

I ordered a dress for my daughter to wear to my wedding. As they don't have any larger models showcasing their product, we picked the dress we thought would work. It didn't.

I contacted JJSHOUSE immediately and asked for the refund process to begin. 14 days later, after paying for return shipping with signature (JJSHOSE request) they claim to not have received the package. Thanks goodness I paid for signature so I have proof!

I tried to send them the tracking number, they said they couldn't find the information They had confused an O for a 0 (zero) and didn't bother to check both. Instead they wrote me an email (which would have taken longer to do than check the tracking number again) and now I have to wait another day to go to step 2 of the return process.

The dress prices look great, very enticing. However the dresses end up being very expensive if they don't fit and they have poor customer service. It is almost like they don't want to give you a refund!

At the beginning, I wanted to exchange for another dress (our second choice).

However at this point, I want my full money back.

Never again. I would rather pay a bit more money and have good customer service and instant contact with someone from another online retailer rather than use JJSHOUSE ever again.

I have told all my family and friends, work colleague and anyone else who would listen, to stay away from JJSHOUSE.

I was notified that the dress for my son's wedding would not arrive in time one week before the wedding. Now fighting for a refund and trying to find another dress at the last minute. They actually wanted me to go ahead with the order and keep the dress for another occasion. Customer service is atrocious. I am filing fraud charges. Another thing-since ordering from them, I have been receiving scam telephone calls from Places like Mauritania and Egypt. Run!
