After finally getting an agreement from JJsHouse for them to give me a refund for the defective item. They have recieved the item back days ago. They are now refusing to return my money until i remove my review with photos as proof from site jabber. Basically blackmailing me and withholding my refund. Totally illegal within Europe.
The inside of the dress is well made, but they really did a lazy job on the lace, not to mention the poor quality of the lace itself. The fit around the arms on the upper body is pretty bad.
I bought a facinator hat. For the price, I guess it is okay, it is not 100% like the picture as it is smaller and also has some weird bow on it. I also paid Express shipping for it to arrive on time for the event I needed it for, which it arrived 2 days late.
I would say for the price, maybe give a hat a try, just don't pay any extra or expect premium quality/style.
Pictures do not look like the website, poor quality, returning is a nightmare, plus shipping fees back to China are outrageous. Customer Service is absolutely awful. I don't know how this company is still in business.
I have two problems with JJS House - customer service and quality.
Firstly, I need to hold my hands up and admit - I opened the box after the 7 days return period. However, when one of the dresses has a bent boob wire and measures far larger than the 33 inch chest size, I would still expect a company to solve this and not wipe their hands clean. (Sorry - offer me 10% off my next order because of the bad experience.) I supposed I've been spoilt by the other excellent service offered by other internet retailers and just expected the same. Whatever happens PLEASE DO NOT ORDER DRESSES FROM HERE. They previously sent me gold samples instead of blue and I stupidly still bought with them.

I ordered this standard size "off the rack" dress for my daughter's wedding, a standard size which usually fits with most designers, however, the dress was slightly small. I was hoping to be able to fit into it by the time of the wedding but unfortunately I had to wear a different dress. A 7-day return policy is simply not enough time when planning in advance for an important event like a wedding. The dress was never worn. I contacted the company and was told it was beyond their 7-day return policy but they could offer me a 10% off coupon on another purchase! Seriously?! Any other retailer in this country would accept a return with a receipt. Do not use this retailer!
I've read many reviews, most of them were very bad (I'm Dutch so don't mind my English). I'm writing this review because I want to help others on their search for the right dress. First of all, measure is key! Watch the video to mesure the right parts. Second, to avoid disappointment, read the instructions of the dress. You will read that some lace stay the same color as shown on the picture. I had my dress tailor made, it fits like a glove and the color is exactly like the picture. I'm very happy with my dress and will order from JJ's house again! I'll insert a picture (I hope this helps you to make a decision).

When I emailed them (by the way, it's a terrible email system then have), they told me I am out of luck because I had missed the 7 day return policy. Even though the dress is not the measurement I ordered. Oh, by the way, they offered me a $10 coupon on my next purchase! INSULTING! I am out $158! The worst ever!
Awful. I have been charged £19.00 to receive and return an unwearable pair of shoes. They won't refund the postage out nor the return postage even though I have sent a link showing they are bound by the law. AWFUL, DECEITFUL, EVASIVE
Do not order from this company! I ordered 2 items. One arrived in about 3 weeks. The other never arrived. I e-mailed the company and the response was the item was returned to them (? Reason, I don't know). They were to re- send me this item within about 20 days. It now has been almost 30 days and the item still hasn't arrived!
Do not! I tell you do not buy from this website! They are thief's! You will not get the product on time and then when you have to beg for a refund they do not give you the full amount! It's disgusting the way you treat people! I paid extra £20 for shipping to get to me on time and it was late I expect that money back with the full amount I paid for the item! I paid £63 altogether! I have been trying to receive a return label. However you are constantly asked to insert one code after another but still not receiving a label. Please be aware that the sizes are different in the USA from Hong Kong. That is the reason for the return. I am so disappointed I will never order from them again. We waited 3 weeks just for the item.
Ordered a petticoat advertised as cloth, did not match the photo quality wise and with poor stitching and velcro stuck to my dress and not true to size. Shipping is horrendously expensive for slow shipping and if you need to return something they charge you the same to send back. Offered a 50% discount off my next order. No thank you since the product was terrible. Offered a 40% refund with no need to return, accepted as I have a small baby and didn't want to spend time chasing stuff. Weeks have passed with multiple promises that it will be processed soon (plus up to 30 days once it is to get it back through paypal). Wouldn't know service if their loves depended on it. Have literally given them weeks to resolve, am at my wits end, am still chasing it which is what I didn't want with having a baby. Save yourself a headache and just don't, I am telling as many people as I can.
Do Not order from here. Total rip off. I ordered a dress that did not fit. I paid $134.00 & was only refunded &113.00. I also had to pay for my own shipping to ship back. Horrible customer service as well
I am really really hoping that I get a positive response form JJ's as I write this. I ordered the wrong colour dress and went to cancel the order an hour later only to receive an email saying they would not cancel it and I had to do it through my bank. My bank will not cancel a pending order. What do I do?!?!? I was reluctant to order off this site and now I am really regretting it

I ordered a dress that arrived while I was out of town. The quality is very poor, and the dress is 2 sizes smaller than the stated size. I wear the same size all the time, and that is what I ordered. I attempted to return it and was told that I requested a return past the 7 day limit. I returned home on day 8 and requested the refund on day 8. I can prove I was out of town. The box was left at my front door.
Ordered a custom mother-of-the-bride dress and paid extra for custom sizing. Followed their guidelines for measuring and took careful and precise measurements. Dress arrived several sizes too large and as time was short I hoped to have it altered. It was past the highly unreasonable 7 days to enter a complaint before I was able to see a dressmaker who told me it was cost another 150$ to fix the improperly made dress. Jj's refuses to fix their mistakes. There were two tiger dresses ordered for bridesmaids as well with the same problem. The company is fraudulent in thatbtgey charge extra and promise a custom fit but then do not follow through with the measurements sent. DO NOT WASTE A DIME ON THIS COMPANY! And do not believe reviews that say it is a reputable company with a quality product.
I ordered a flower girl dress, it was gorgeous. But to big for my daughter. Well she had not tried it on for a while after I bought it. I eye balled it and thought it looked great. Well, I went to return and it was way over the allowed return date. They worked with me and have been very responsive to every message. Now they are crediting me so I can exchange it.

Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
