DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a custom bridesmaid dress and paid extra to ensure it was made specifically to the measurements I sent.

The dress arrived with completely different measurements- over three sizes too big! I then had to get it emergency altered the day before the wedding and pay almost the same cost of the dress to have it done.

This company has had terrible customer service and will not refund the dress unless it was sent back 'unaltered' which is impossible. They won't even refund the alteration costs even though the item they sent was not at all as described and paid for.

Extremely disappointing and would not recommend!

I would never recommend this company! I ordered 2 dresses which were both very small. I tried to return them but can only contact the company via email. So I now how 20 plus emails just to return the stupid dresses! Then they did not give me a full refund. I have another email out trying to find out why I didn't get the full refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a dress to come for prom with expedited shipping. The dress came 2 weeks late. Once we tried to return it, they said we could not and we did not get any money back as well. They will not answer the phones for customer service or get back to us at all. The dress looks great online but in person its horrible quality and it runs so small. You do not have room to breathe. Wouldn't ever buy from here again.

This company is a rib off, beware, I spent $212.00 for a gown for my daughter's wedding. It wasn't purple, and the seam on the back of the dress is puckering. I reported to the company the very same day, I requested my refund and I received $67.00. Every time I see them advertising I will give them a bad review. Getting a fun refund will never happen.

Shoddy workmanship.

Terrible quality. Looks good on model but I bet she wasn't breathing when she had the dress on. One breath and my daughter in laws dress zipper broke. All the way down the bodice she was exposed. Never buy from these people. Money saved isn't worth the heartbreak of being married with your whole side exposed.

I became ill with a brain tumor. Even sent medical records showing my Brain Scan. Never even put the dress on as was hospitalized. Got out of hospital and contacted company to return dress. They denied the return. I wouldn't spend 5.00 at this pathetic company!

I placed an order for 2 dresses. One came with stains, and the other did not fit properly.
When I tried to return them, they would not process the return unless I sent them a photo of myself wearing the dress and showing where it did not fit.
I found that profoundly offensive. Sending a photo of myself in an ill fitting dress online to China was not an acceptable proposition, so after a flurry of emails where they promised to do it without, then changed their minds, i just decided to take the loss just to avoid any more annoying interactions with them.
Be aware that a photo of yourself wearing the dress is a requisite for any returns.
I found the whole process uniquely annoying.

I placed an order and paid for Express delivery. I kept tracking the order and it says not shipped yet for 1 week. I was emailing them in between, they dont answer or they answer with some useless email. At last I asked for refund they said they cant refund all the value, it's a RIP off. I said at least if u continue with the order you should refund the extra delivery charge cause its delay delivery not Express one! At the end I recieved another email saying they cant change nothing with the order its alr9shipped and might reach in 6 days time.
Useless customer service, useless dum people in charge.

Very disappointed with 3 out of 4 items I ordered.
Item 1) Bridal bouquet. Did not look at all like the picture at all, different color, damaged parts, flattened, overall poor quality. Would be embarrassed to use at my wedding.
2) Wrist corsage: Poor material and poor overall quality.
3) Mens' corsage: different color.
I emailed JJsHouse about the issue. Their solution? Return the items (at my expense) and receive vouchers to repurchase the items. Or, keep the items and they would give me a coupon for 50% off to rebuy the items. Why would I want to repurchase from a company that misleads their customers regarding the quality of their items?

Ordered exact same style flower girl dresses... they look nothing alike
One has cap sleeve. Other has flowy bell sleeves
Reached out to customer service and sent photos of dresses and how they are different... this is message I received

We will reply to you the next step soon. With the partial refund, you can have the item altered locally to solve the problem timely.
2. Keep the item, and we can create a coupon code ( 20% of the item(s) value) for you. It can be used for your new order here.

Now 10% is about 5.00 for an alteration... how can you alter something that was cut way too short? Why would I order another anything from this company ever again?
The dress still has their tag and is unused... why don't they ship a new dress with sleeves made appropriately?

My advice steer clear... avoid the hassle...

After being recommended by a friend, I came to JJ's house. JJ's say they will customize dresses. What a load of sh1t, due to my health my measurements are all up the piss. First of all, they emailed me to tell me my measurement was big I explained why they then emailed me to tell me they couldn't make this dress after I had paid for it :( they wanted me to choose something else. It took nearly two weeks to finally get my money back, keep your money shop local.

I placed my custom order on July 10 and received it July 15.5 days... Nothing custom about it. NOT my dress. When the site says 12-15 for custom work and 4-6 days shipping... clearly not my dress. Took a chance and what a mistake! Thankfully I have extra time to find a dress for my daughters wedding.

I was nervous about ordering a dress so I watched a video reviews. This was a dress for my daughters wedding. I found a beautiful dress on their website and decided to give it a try. I ordered early enough that if the dress was not appropriate I could still find one. The dress looked exactly like the picture. The quality of the dress was amazing. It fit perfectly. It also came five days early and the packaging Was also very good. They sent it inside out in a zipped bag. They then placed it in a box in that box was in another box. I feel that way there would be no damage. The only thing I had to do to the dress was have it professionally steam iron. The local dress shop for my daughter's wedding completely filled up every member of the weddin was also very good. They sent it inside out in a zipped bag. One was ridiculously small and they had to put a corset in the back to make it fit and she still popped out of the dress. My daughters dress the loops that they use to go over the buttons to hold it together or stretching out before the wedding even started. I give JJs house my highest review and I thank them For my beautiful dress and wonderful experience. And I might add I got it for days early than they had originally projected

I purchased a dress for my mother for my wedding, however when the dress came it was of very, very poor quality. I decided to return the dress back to JJ's House. It's been almost 3 months and I've not had my refund as yet. My mother is a pensioner and feels she has been scammed by this company.

I wanted an organza coat to wear over my dress at a wedding. I found one on this site, paid the very expensive charge of £17 for expedited delivery within 3-6 days, it is now day 17, the coat has not arrived and the wedding was 2 days ago so I had to go buy an alternative elsewhere. I have sent numerous emails and they send me a link to track my order which is in Chinese so I have no idea how I can track the order without understanding Chinese. I have asked for a refund but they just continually ignore this, tell me to track my order on the Chinese site and have the total cheek to ask me to give feedback on their customer service. I have contacted my card provider and asked them to raise this as a dispute I believe if you have paid by credit card they can revoke the payment otherwise looks like I've been ripped off. Will never use this crooked company ever again.

I was foolish and didnt look for reviews on this company first. I'm from the US. Bought a dress and it took forever to get to me from China (I was unaware that the dress would be coming from here, otherwise wouldnt have purchased as I've had other issues with garments online from China). Dress didnt fit well AT ALL. I emailed them within 24 hours of receiving the dress to return. They demanded pictures as evidence/proof for lack of fit and how they can "improve their product" which I did not at all feel comfortable taking pictures in this dress. They refused refund without pictures. I have NEVER experienced a company requesting photographic evidence prior to return. That doesnt happen in stores or with reputable companies. Disgusted. Do not order from here. I'm convinced it's a scam and they make I'll fitting dresses to keep your money.

I ordered a standard wedding dress from JJsHouse but the size was too small. I asked for a reimbursement. They first offered me some discounts but after I reiterated my choice - they proceeded with the refund minus the shipping and exportation fees - which make sens to me. I will order from this site again with any hesitation.

Received a smashed hat and I am still fighting with them over a refund. They claim they haven't received the parcel, although I provided them with postal service proof of the parcel being delivered May 21st. To a person at the proper address. They will not take responsibility for their end of the warranty and refuse to acknowledge that they are obligated to give a full refund. It is July and still no refund.
