I have ordered 4 times from JJsHouse, and, I have to say that the Customer Service is FANTASTIC!
I just got off the "instant chat" service (which seems to run 24/7), regarding a special occasion, lace, bolero jacket that I ordered 10 days back. Last week, I realized that I needed it sooner than expected, and I contacted them, so that I could pay to upgrade to expedited shipping. Anyway, I forgot to pay the upgrade charge, and they informed me via email that they upgraded me anyway, FOR FREE! Soooo nice!
And this is not my first great experience with their customer service team, which is why I continue to return to them.
Moreover, when I married a few months ago, I (fearfully!), ordered a lace, cathedral veil through them. I expected it to be hideous! But what have you got to lose for $44, and so much to gain IF it works out! And you will save yourself from spending $300+ on something you're going to wear for 1 hour of your life.
This ivory, cathedral-length, JJsHouse veil was BEAUTIFUL, and looked exactly like the picture! Granted, the tulle is slightly stiffer than the very expensive, super-soft tulle, but I was dragging it behind me, and it was still a show-stopper!
Unless your are planning on making your veil into a new, treasured, family heirloom, I would definitely think about going this route. And their customer service will definitely leave you pleased!
Dresses arrived looking gorgeous but I returned it because my girls didnt like the color, they gave me fantastic service and a full refund even if I didn't have a valid reason to return... will definitely order from them again!

Have previously bought dresses and have been pleased with the quality in sew and consideration with measurements. With all dress purchases, they've all been a perfect fit.
Recently had questions about purchasing initialled bracelets and they answered quickly and politely. Afterwards, they offered to add my order to a priority list and did not pressure me to complete the order straight away. After I submitted my order and talked to another person, they immediately knew what I was talking about and I didn't even have to give my order number.
I received my dresses just like they said on time for my wedding the dress is just as the website I can not wait to see the dresses on the brides maids
First I went by their size chart and even called them on the phone to make sure the sizing was correct. When I received my package everything was 3 sizes too small. They are out of China (that says it all) everything is smaller than normal. But the biggest thing is the size chart is wrong. So they tell me I have to pay shipping back and they charged me 46.00 to ship it back and 38.00 to ship it to me. Which means it cost me $84.00 because they have a messed up size chart and they will not make it right. My order was 190.00 they refunded 144.00
You can't call yo speak to a human and they don't fully refund. This is after me purchasing THREE dresses to try on. The material on all dresses it bulky and made me look huge. You
I ordered a fascinator 4 weeks before an event. Shipping estimate said it would arrive in plenty of time. Item has yet to arrive and its now almost 5 weeks since I paid for it. The tracking is a joke, my item had no tracking from the time it left China. I dont know if it ever made it to the US. They keep telling me its coming but since the event has passed, I really doubt it. I have requested a refund 3 times, no outcome. I cant recommend them at all.

I purchased 3 dresses and 2 cardigans. The cardigans were in the wrong color and as 7 days had passed they wouldn't accept a return, even though it's supposed to be"worry free". It's a Chinese website trying to compete with US retail in price but that's about it. Their customer support were responsive but only offered coupons for the next purchase or that i'll pay for the shipping of the products back to China, which was almost half the proce of the product itself. Bottom line- never again
I ordered two flower girl dresses. They were shipped by DHL. DHL sent an email asking if I wanted to change my delivery preferences so I changed the delivery to a date I knew I'd be home and BECAUSE I KNEW I"D BE HOME, removed the signature requirement. It wasn't a big deal, just checked a box on the DHL site.
DHL delivered the dress on the wrong day- they admit to this. They delivered it on a Tuesday instead of a Friday. Except they delivered it to the wrong address because I never got it. DHL admits to this, can't find where they delivered it and they have agreed to a refund- they have officially marked the package as lost. I have all of this in writing.
The problem is JJsHouse needs to be the one to get the refund from DHL and JJsHouse is refusing! They say that I took off the signature requirement so its not their problem- what!?! This was never stated anywhere. DHL has admitted that it was their error, the signature requirement is irrelevant. There is no reason for JJs House not to get the refund from DHL and either refund me in turn or send me new dresses.
This company is worse than a scam, they are just plain mean and disgusting. I spent many hours dealing with DHL and now for NO reason at all, they refuse to get the refund from DHL? This involves too much money for me to let it go- I will be contacting the BBB and my credit card company and use every way I can (social media etc) to expose their fraudulent ways. THERE ARE SO MANY PLACES TO ORDER FROM, PLEASE DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE.
I purchased two dresses from JJ House, mostly because they had two items I was interested in and because it clearly states their return policy is for a full refund within 7 days. 3 days later I was contacted by JJ House and they were requesting that I cancel one dress because they felt I would be ordering two and returning one, which to be clear is not against ANY company policy nor is it stated anywhere that you cannot purchase two dresses. I responded that I was confused as to why they could not fufill my order, their response "we can't afford it" and they had placed my order on hold until the issue was resolved. NOW they are asking me to take a 90% refund since I didn't cancel within their cancellation window. No dresses have been made or shipped, they refuse to fill my order... oh yeah and they still charged me for both. COMPLETE SCAM!
Jr bridesmaid Dress did not fit accd to size chart but they would not take it back since I contacted them on 8th day after receipt. Will never shop with them again. Who has a 7 day return policy. Stay away. This company is awful
I ordered my wedding dress and second dress on this site and I couldn't be happier! I was skeptical about ordering them online sight unseen so I ordered way early to have time to return or whatever may happen. They have an extremely simple return policy so I wasn't concerned. However when I got my dresses they were better than I could have ever expected! They were packed so beautifully and came quickly. And the quality is amazing! I saved a lot of money ordering my dress online and I encourage you to do the same! Measure yourself three times before you decide which dress, the sizes have nothing to do with traditional sizes. But their measurements are spot on accurate. You can't go wrong!
It seemed like an overseas company... They don't always think like we do. So of course the word "return" to them means "exchange". They were full of tricks up their sleeve when I wanted to return a hat. I was smart in that I only spent $38. I also knew there was no customer service number which always additionally worries me but I took a chance.
They pose two options for returning an item: Option 1: Keep the item and they will give you a coupon for 50% off a future purchase or Option 2: Return the item and get a full coupon for another item (essentially an exchange). So I told them I am opting for Option 3: Donating the hat to charity and never using their service again because I feel tricked. I gave them this website and showed them how much everyone hates them.
Well live and learn everybody... I should have looked them up before buying but I really thought I'd like the hat. So chalk it up to experience
After contacting jjshouse regarding my 2 purchases they have agreed to compensate me 50 percent of the cost of the 2 dresses which in grand total $430 including the shipping and duties I am happy with that decision I am loosing in the end because the dresses too small, however something is better than nothing at all so that is why I gave a 5 star rating. I will be happy to report when I receive the refund.
Terrible customer service! Beware return policy is a lie, I emailed same day I received my dress because I received it damaged and it's been three weeks and have not heard from anyone. I emailed them 5 times. DO NOT BUY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I did not like the way this dress fitted and I used a tape measure! UGH! Also, it took way longer than they said to arrive. The dress doesn't look like it does in the pictures and the lace is itchy. Be sure to read the details of the return policy. I did not realize that all of the dresses are made to order, even if you order per their dress size guidelines. I could have picked up a much nicer quality dress in a local department store.
Some items arrived damaged. Spoke with chat and was told I had to wait up to 12hrs for an email to deal with it. 30hrs latter and many more chats and no one will do anything. I suggest giving these guys a miss. UPDATE: I have not received a response to my original complaint yet but because of this review I have been emailed and asked to supply all the information again... its now 48hrs... absolute scammers
DO NOT ORDER HERE! BIG MISTAKE! TERRIBLE! NO COMMUNICATIONS! There are so many good places to order from so go there but not here! Supposedly shipped 2 1/2 weeks ago still no merchandise! No phone or customer service! Must write and wait 24 hours for response! BOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Update - they are asking me to update my review to 4 or 5 stars in order to refund the 60%.
I am updating my review to say that they are offering a 60% refund on the dress and the sandals. That's the best they can do so I'm accepting getting something back rather than the expensive shipping back to return. They asked me to take my review down before they would issue the refund. I ordered a custom sized silver dress and got an ugly brown dress. The shoe in the picture is silver. Does the dress look silver? They will not correct their mistake. Don't go by their shoe size chart. It's way off. Products were damaged because they were shoved in a small box for shipping. Don't bother ordering from here. You will be disappointed and it costs ALOT to ship back overseas. It's plain and simple a huge rip off.

Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
