I placed an order on October 18,2020. My money was taken from my account, was told that the order would arrive on November 8,2020. Have not heard from anyone, cannot call anyone because there is no phone number. There is no response to emails and because I needed this order before the 14th of November, its just a huge let down and dissapointment.

JJ's house has good customer service. Beware the $30 coupon for a positive review offer, it has a minimum purchase requirement of $200 that they don't tell you about. Other than that, items seem to be shipped pretty quickly.

"Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!" Is the most accurate way to describe this place. Wish to give it a negative 1 in stars. I was fitted the day before ordering a dress, the dress was no where near the website description. Wanted to return the dress that was going to be an insane hassel, plus I had to pay for shipping again if I wanted to return. I honestly just wanted to switch it out for a smaller size, again a huge hassel. Option number 3 they will "refund" like 40% for what you paid in the dres to have it altered. I found a really good alteration lady and decided I would go this route. Well guess what? YUP! The refund never came, and still has not. This was in September. Every time I contact them they tell me the same old "we refunded you on such and such date" but no evidence of this, so I asked to see the refund statement they had and THEY QUIT RESPONDING. I have emailed like everyday since this happened, the easiest thing to do would be to just refund me! Now I will go to every review site and post this experience. I'll add the 40% must be being used on a different system at their location because it didn't add up to 40% but I thought hey anything is better than nothing at this point but nothing is what I have gotten. Sucks because I saw a lot of dresses I would want but was not at all worth this. Please do not order from this site! Help share the word! Also watch them post saying they are sorry and a refund is on the way I have seen it on every review since digging into this "company"

I had a great experience with JJs house. I ordered a custom sized dress that turned out to fit perfectly after following their measuring tips. The dress itself looked exactly like the photo and was high quality in all aspects. I was very impressed and got many compliments on how beautiful it was. No one could tell that I had only paid only $140 for it! I was hesitant to buy from them due to many negative reviews, but I took the leap because it was cheap for a wedding dress and I couldn't pass it up. I was not disappointed and I would order from them again.

I'm very pisssd! I paid 205.00 plus tax for a dress i oredered for a wedding. Came in the wrong color. I didnt take the dress out the box just opened one flap on the box no damage to the dress at all. Talked to the company through email for a return slip, Was given the return slip, followed the instructions and returned the dress. I get a text message from a number that won't answer that my return will be for 175.00. Which is not what i paid for. You cant get nobody on the phone peroid. I dont understand if a customer paid an amount it should be given back the same amount. Will not be doing business with this company un the future. I will report it to the better business bureau. I feel this company knows exactly what they're doing! Will tell everyone about my experience! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have ordered two mother-of-the-groom dresses from this site. I had them custom made to my measurements. I sent them my measurements along with a comment that was an additional measurement that wasn't asked for. This was important because I am very short-waisted. Both dresses fit perfectly! Definitely worth the extra charge. Not only did they fit perfectly but I was able to choose from around 50 different colors instead of just the handful if I had ordered "off the rack." I've also gotten several pairs of shoes. For something needed for one time use or limited use they are perfect! Each dress took about 3 weeks to reach me but for custom made coming from China, I didn't think that was bad. The time included making the dress, shipping from China, and going through customs. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
