I ordered a dress that my daughter wanted for her homecoming. Upon ordering they had a location on when we would need the dress delivered by which we gave plenty of time. We anticipated the arrival of dress and checked daily of its location through the provided tracking number. Once we were notified that the dress was delivered, she was excited to get home to try it on. No package was there. We checked around the house with no luck. The following day, I sent an email to customer service about delivery and no package. They proceeded to tell me to check with neighbors as it was signed for. We did so upon our return home from work and school with no luck. I emailed them back and they had mentioned to again check with neighbors and reach out the shipping company (UPS) to get conformation signature and a "Lost Ticket" in order to get a refund. I asked them to send me a copy of the signature so that I could contact the person that they claimed had signed for it and was denied multiple times. I spoke with the manager who said they do not require signatures for items and "Lost Tickets" do not exist. We had to rush to find a replacement dress for my daughter to wear to homecoming.
Filed a claim with Paypal and lost because they magically came up with a signature for our package. Still have yet to see the name on said "conformation".
System is not working for return items.

Ordering was easy. When garment arrived it was packaged nicely and looked good quality. Colour a little darker than I hoped ( ordered silver but was more grey) lengths was perfect but even though I went on measurements it came up tight on upper arms. Return policy was prompt 4 choices to rectify problem. Refund was quick. Happy with overall service
