I ordered a dress that stated it shipped in 24 hrs from ordering. A week later it hadn't shipped. I waited another week before cancelling the order. We are a month out from when I ordered the dress and I still have not recieved a refund. Buy elsewhere. The dresses on the site are beautiful, but it stops there. The customer service has been rude, when available, and have done nothing but shuffle me to different departments.
I ordered a tiara from them. They took payment. Next day there's an email saying they couldn't process payment. Could I pay again using PayPal.
I said I would not be paying again as money had gone out of my account.
They said I'd be refunded in 3-14 days. It's way past that and no refund. Beware!

From start to finish it was a great experience. Easy to order. Everything arrived on time.The evening dress was made exactly to the measurements they said.The quality if very good and not shabbily made as in some comments. I will not be hesitating at buying my wedding dress off here and I advise others who read the reviews on here to step forward and do so aswell. A good job all round.

I placed my order based on the picture and size from the chart provided. Because different manufactures have size charts that can vary, the dress size I ordered was perfit.
The color was as I expected as well, the dress came in a nicely zipper locked bag.

I ordered a dress from JJsHouse - I actually planned to order 2-3, but was contacted and told to choose only 1. I understand their desire to not have to process a lot of returns. The dress I got was beautiful, but a little tight. I sent it back, they gave me a credit, and I ordered the same dress one size bigger. Very good quality and they responded quickly to my questions via e-mail and chat.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes in August to have them by October. I finally got them in September. They were the wrong size (I didn't use their chart); big hassle to negotiate exchanging them plus an added $37 charge in shipping plus "their" fee to return them. Then they sent me defective shoes that were fit for the garbage (literally). The sole was coming off of one of the pairs--both shoes! The other was excruciatingly painful to the big toe (poor design), and the last pair still didn't fit, although I used their chart. I STILL had to haggle with them to get a full refund. After much frustration with back and forth negotiating, and after initially paying over $202, I was refunded $165. I will never do business with them again and I advise you to find another company. It's risky dealing with jj's house. They walk the line on morality as they tried to offer me a discount to keep the garbage they sent me. How is that fair! Oh! And initially they had refused to refund me and offered me a coupon to reorder the shoes, I agreed and they still sent me an unacceptable package (described above). Who does that! This company is risky do deal with and borders on unethical practices. I will never buy from them again. Their deliveries are like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get. NO JOKE! Sorry. This site won't let me leave a pic. Says my pic is too large? Sound like a shady way of not letting me show you. Why would you set the size lower that a standard photo? Shady!

Dresses were beautiful unfortunately mine wasn't quite what I was looking for and I need to return it. There was no accompanying paper work and they are slow to respond on how I can return. It is a lot of money so I really do need a refund. Hopefully they will accommodate.

Extremely disappointed with my goods. The hat hasn't been made correctly & it really shows. The hat arrived in a very small box that looked as though someone had sat on it. There was also a buttonhole that was squished up. The hair accessory was very pretty but on a tiny comb that won't stay in my hair. The earrings were fabulous and the man's bracelet was perfect.
I needed the outfit in time for my daughter's weddingabs in fact it arrived just before the predicted date.

So pleased with my dress. I had not heard of JJ's and although I liked their style of occasion wear and the choice of colours, I was sceptical as to how it would fit and the material. All my scepticism was for nothing as my dress arrived exactly when they said, it fitted to perfection, the colour and material were exactly as described and I was absolutely delighted with my purchase! Total crap as far as quality. Took over a month to get, not even close to "true to size". Tried to get the approved FULL refund and received less than half $20. Of $51. Should of know too good to be true, you get what you pay for.

The dress came within the time specified it was even more beautiful in person my daughter loved it. I had to alter it a little because they didn't have bigger sizes but I expected this waited last minute to get the dress. They had all the dress specifications on the site bust, waist etc that alone was great. Will definitely buy from here again this time in time for them to alter.

I recommend no one to buy any dress from here, it is really a big scam going on in here, you will never get your money back. It's been more than 2 months I initiated my refund for my return and I am regularly following up for my money back, but always I get the same answer - We will mail you in 24 hours, but I never get any email back. I am really very annoyed of it. In case you don't refund the money back I am going to hire a lawyer get you guys sued.

Don't buy clothes from here, they will never respond to you, in case you want to return the article. Their return service is horrible. I bought a wedding dress from here and it has a bad quality lace, which was coming out of the dress and was not properly attached. Also when I tried it had a sweat smell where you can guess that it was not washed and was been tried by many customers. I am trying to contact the service by writing emails, submitting the request, and trying for several hours in the live chat window but no response. I am really disappointed and annoyed. I want to return the dress and want my money back!
