DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I put an order in on 1/19 and was given an expected delivery of 1/31 - 2/6 (see photo). I reached out via online chat on 1/31 to ask why I hadn't received a shipment notification yet and was given a date of MARCH 1ST (a MONTH LATER than the date they provided to me upon ordering) because of the "NEW YEAR" holiday and was told they couldn't ship my items because no one was in the factory. I WAS BLATANTLY LIED TO BY THIS COMPANY. The holiday wasn't a brand new development and they CLEARLY knew about this when my order was placed and when I received a delivery date of JANUARY 31ST - FEBRUARY 6TH. Also, shipping was FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS! This is ABSOLUTELY UNNACEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. Stay FAR away from this company!

The dress came in a 12x8 plastic mailing bag- the garment was stuffed in there and the package was then stuffed in my mailbox by whomever delivered it. If you look at the photo, that is a standard sized magazine next to the package to give you an idea of the size of the package - for a full length dress! Next, I have to pay to return the dress because it is too small. The dress is pretty, but if this company does not care enough to send the dress properly packaged, I ask myself how well made is this dress?
Well made, quality items don't end up in a tiny little bag, shoved on one's mailbox. I wish I could get my money back, but now I have to pay to send it back, and then wait for store credit - then hope the next size up fits. I would rather find something else to wear for my daughter's wedding, something that fits properly from a quality company. Since this company only gives in-store credit for returns, I will never use this company again, and I will relay this story to all of my friends who have weddings coming up. It has been a great inconvenience! The only positive note is that they do try hard to communicate promptly via email since you cannot seem to speak to an actual person. (Note: they are in a different time zone). My last email from them was sent at 10:00 in the evening. I hope this review helps others since there are many choices when purchasing a dress for a wedding. Thank you.

If I could give them a zero I would. Do not buy from them, they're a scam. I never got my package delivered and when I addressed my concerns they said "well it said it was delivered so check with a neighbor or anyone who could've signed on your behalf" I was home all day and never got the package nor did my neighbor or appt office get it. I expect full refund or to get my package delivered to the right address this time. Their customer service is unprofessional and not helpful.

I purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding. I love the dress but it's too small. I can't reach then to exchange it. Now I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear, out $200 on it and still need to find my mother of the bride dress. I'm contacting the better business bureau.

I purchased a dress for my wedding, it is now a week late. I have no use for the dress that is lost who knows where. I contacted customer service to get a refund so that I could buy a new dress, after spending $300+ on a dress that is a week late, they offered me $27! After sending two more emails requesting my return, they offered me $54! I am so upset. I would not purchase from this site. It's a roll of the dice whether or not you'll see your items, and if you don't, who knows if you'll ever see you money again! I just want my money back so I can buy a new dress.

I am SEVERLY disappointed with them. They said I couldn't order many and keep one from them because they make them handmade. However, the dress is being shipped to my house from China. That is not handmade in the way they were meaning. Therefore, they were lying. I was also disappointed in their customer service. They kept trying to convince me to do something I didn't want to. I found the exact same dresses on a different website for cheaper. Won't be using this again and won't recommend to anyone.

I am paying for my whole wedding and found bridesmaid dresses I loved. According to everything on Google and the website the $83 dress was on sale for $43. When my order was placed that was not the case. I talked with the online chat people and they assured me that they would reimburse me for what the website and Google said the dress was. Sure enough that never happened and I spent over $700 for 8 dresses I will never wear. Will NEVER shop here again

Always happy to help and assist with little queries and changes. The items were high quality; from the bridesmaid faux fur shrugs to a secondary bouquet for throwing. My mother's outfit was also made to fit and was perfect for the occasion. Highly recommend JJS House. X

I returned a Mother of the Bride dress because I didn't care for the color. I was concerned that there would be a problem with returning it, although I followed their instructions exactly. I was quite pleased when the full cost of my purchase was returned! All in all, my experience dealing with JJ's House has been very positive!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's upcoming wedding. I was very pleased with how quickly it arrived. Unfortunately, I did not like the way the color looked on me, so I am returning the dress for a refund. Up until this point, I've been very happy with the selection and service provided by JJ's house. I am hoping the same for the return process. I will post an updated review when the return and refund are completed!
The dress came quickly and i returned it timely and the refund came timely.
I like the dress it was a little tight in the back, but it was the size i usually wear.
I just had an alternate choice that is why i didn't reorder.

My shoes arrived in a flimsy box. The shoes were uneven on the bottom & the rest of the shoe looked soo cheap. Would not recommend this site, I felt like some bad practical joke.

I ordered several pairs of ballroom shoes for a show. The order was processed quickly but the tracking number and subsequent emails name me think this is a scam. Shoes have not arrived, tracking number is not tracking anything and only a partial refund has been given instead of a full one seeing nothing has arrived. It's very disappointing. Questions about the whereabouts of the product were never clearly answered. Very little help was given in trying to find the products first, only offers of refunds.

I bought a mother of the bride dress which was too large. I was told by email that I could return it for a voucher and so ordered a smaller one and paid again as I could not wait for the voucher due to the imminent wedding. I have asked twice for a return label and then refund but have heard nothing.

I ordered a Mother of the Bride dress. Gave them my exact measurements and it arrived and looked nothing like the dress pictured, the bustline was at my collarbones. Had to take it to a dressmaker to have it redone since it was a custom order no returns. Don't give them you business.

I ordered red shoes from JJ's House for my daughter's wedding. The ones they sent are magenta pink. I tried to return them, but was told they 'had verified that they sent the correct item', and the best they could do was a 50% credit for new merchandise or a 40% refund. No opportunity to return. I would never recommend doing business with JJ's House.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
