I spent $168.99 including having to pay for shipping to my house. The dresses didn't fit or look like what was advertised on website. The dresses were also shipped backwards, looking like someone had tried them on already. To try and speak with customer service is hard, to return is done only via email and wait 24 hrs for response. No live person ever unless you are trying to buy. Then, they send you a prepaid label and say return will be $8.50 will be deducted from return but they deducted $30 for return. It is bad business practice and it feels like a scam. Advice is dont buy! You have to fight to get your money back and then it is only part of it.

I ordered a dress and it was never received. They claimed that it was delivered and that "someone signed off" on my behalf which is impossible and sounded like they never shipped it in the first place.
They then provided a shipping tracking number which is not valid in Canada. I asked for a full refund and they offered me 100% free shipping for next purchase. Total scam!

I ordered my wedding dress from them last year. The dress was really good quality and just as there images showed.
The sizes are closer to street sizes then most wedding dress stores. I ordered a little on the big size just to be safe and it was a lot bigger then I expected it to be.
The prices are great the only thing I would warn you of is they don't include duties to your shopping bill, when your order arrives you have to pay the shipping company the duties. Still a lot cheaper.
I paid $450 CD for my dress, peti coat, shipping, and duties in the end. The dresses I tried on like this in our local boutiques were between $1600-2500.

While the dresses look beautiful make sure you
Do not have to rely on the delivery date promised. We order two brides maid dresses for a a wedding verifying delivery dates with chat since the wedding was going to be just shortly after order was placed. Well they arrived the day after the wedding. Had to go with another vendor which would have been ok since we found something… However this vendor JJ House takes all kinds of fees when you return something. Even mailing fees, if you self-pay to return items, are charged. In todays environment and with the number of competitors out there with beautiful, reasonable priced options and no return fees, I warn you to go with someone else unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep what you order. Can't comment on quality as I didn't even open items since I was returning…. BUYER BEWARE!
