Oh I wish I could put 0 stars. Disappointed and angry. I ordered a dress on 19th of March and it was due to arrive on 2nd of April. It's 10th of April and it still hasn't arrived. I have a wedding to attend since I am a bridsmaid and the worst part is they keep lying about the location of my parcel. They keep saying it's with the shipping courier but when I contacted the shipping courier the said that they haven't recieved anything at all. Then I texted them again and they kept saying the same thing and saying ALL COURIERS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS but that's a massive lie because I have been shopping for the past 3 weeks since I am going on holiday and they arrive within 5 days maximum even the ones I have bought from SHEIN. SHEIN is located in China as well but they are really reliable. This company is a total fraud. They actually are a fraud and they are such big liars. Please don't buy from them or you will miss your event and be so so disappointed. I have anxiety and this is messing with my head but they still lie to me instead of fixing the issue. Shame on you.
I ordered a white dress from JJ's House and they shipped a Lavendar colored dress. I took pictures of the dress against a white hanging bag on a white door and the dress is clearly Lavendar/purple. We put the dress under several different lights and it is undeniably Lavendar/purple. The tags on the dress says white. When I sent the pictures they (JJ's House) did not respond until I sent a second notice. They told me that the dress is white and that I could return it but for a partial refund. After all of the fees and shipping cost (although their mistake) I would have to lose $60.00 to return the dress. Also, the dress does not look as good as the advertisement on the website. Its clear that the dress is the picture and the dress sent to me were sewn by two different people. I will never order from them again. This is poor customer service!

I ordered 3 dresses but they sent me just 3 wrap in $100, if I request to return they said you have to pay shipping costs for return as well really disappointed that wrap also looks like very cheap quality don't know what I do now

I was looking forward to ordering these beautiful dresses for months. When I finally pared down my choices they CHARGED ME the full amount, and sent me an email saying it was too many for them to fill since I would be returning some. My problem is not that they asked for me to order less dresses: my problem is that they charged me for the whole thing, while never intending to send the items. I would never order from this vendor again. Why would I pay for things which they never sent? Terribly disappointed.

They sent me a defected dress with uneven lining and refused to refund saying you can't return items. The color they showed in the picture was totally different than the one I received as well. This store is such a joke and I honestly regret buying anything from them after seeing the terrible customer service.
I reported the whole case to the police for internet crime and fraud. My lawyer wrote a letter to the European Office of Consumer Protection and the penalties are TO high for what you do.

I have ordered several gowns and paid the small fee to have it custom sized to my petite frame. Each time I am more than thrilled with the fit, comfort, and amazing quality of the materials and craftsmanship. I tell everyone I know about JJshouse. Why would anyone shop elsewhere and pay double the price for a gown or dress then have to take it for expensive alterations when you can have showstopper designs basically custom made for you and sent right to your door!

This mother of the bride dress is beautiful and true to size, just as picturedn and good quality. I have received wedding dress that was on sale, on the other hand, from JJ' House for my doughter, but we were not happy about it. It was too long and poor quality.

I should have known better. I have no one to blame but myself. The dress is waaaaayyy too small. Not even close to the size I ordered. Also, the lace overlay is uneven, much, much longer in the front than in the back. Very uneven. Actually, looks like something from a Cosplay convention. I would NOT recommend this site at all. However, as I said, I have no one to blame but myself. Was looking for something fast and easy.

Before purchasing 3 dresses the chat agent told me I could return my order if they didn't fit or the style was not right for the event. After, placing the order I received an email and message on the app asking which one was I actually going to keep…. I purchased standard sizes and styles, nothing custom made. Very upset with their customer service.

I ordered ballroom shoes here using the measurement system on their website. The shoes came when my ballroom was almost over and they were too small. When I went to return, they are making me pay for the shipping to return. The reason I ordered here was because their website said the return shipping would be free, but that's only if the package is damaged. So frustrating. I would not recommend at all.

Update: The company refunded/canceled my orders and offered several solutions for the dress that came. It was a hassle to get to this point but we did. I love the dress, except the fraying which can happen. Outside of the fraying, the dress is beautiful and made well with quality fabrics.
I canceled two dress while in processing and they were NOT custom! One of three dresses came and it was huge. In a size 0. The dress embroidery is frayed on several places on front and back. You can see the unraveling. I contacted them immediatly and was told that I wasn't allowed to cancel and offered 40% back plus shipping on a dress thats NOT customized and NOT shipped! Scam Site! Never heard about the damaged dress! Then they close your case immediately so you don't have a chance to respond. This company is terrible and a rip off!

I ordered my mother of the groom dress from JJs. The original dress was too big due to my weight loss. They graciously helped me with the return. Unfortunately I never received the 2nd dress nit by their fault at all. The USPS lost it after it was returned to them without attempting to deliver it. I was in love with the fabric and make of the dress! They very quickly issued my refund and I hope I get to work with them again one day.

I ordered online. It arrived late. I finally got the package, same day I reached out to them saying the quality is very cheap and I cannot use it. Took them two full days to respond and "approved" my return then came back telling me they need to receive the item in 7 days. It took them two weeks to get me my items and expect me to get it from Canada to the US in 7 days?! I sent to through Canada Post, I paid $27 to return the items. Canada Post tried to deliver the package but no one is available to accept the package, they could not find an access to the delivery location? I will take this anywhere and complain to consumer protection. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! NEVER!

I am in search of a mother of the bride dress. Found this website with dresses I liked. You have option of ordering from ready to wear or specially made to your measurements. I just wanted to get a feel for the color and sizing so I ordered two dresses same style but different colors. I ordered mid February 22, Items were in stock and expected to arrive in about 2 weeks. Credit card was charged the day after the order was placed. Usually that doesn't happen until items are shipped. So, I was busy and not paying close enough attention and pretty soon it's the end of March and I finally receive an email stating the dresses were on their way. I downloaded their app cause it was the only way to track. Very sporadically updated. I checked this morning around 9am and it said the item had been delivered today at 3pm which was still 6 hours away. It was shipped from inside the US. I thought well maybe it's at our home. I checked when I go home from work and no package. Too bad cause I really liked the style. So, I will be asking for a refund and possibly reporting fraud to my credit card

JJsHouse: Ill tell you to check your emails once again if you are truly interested in fixing this issue. I've sent at least 5 messages with the same message and pictures before and after this review on site Jabber. You will find the order number in there. But I know you will do nothing. JJs House is a scam based out of Hong Kong with terrible customer service. They are not an American company and therefore we have no recourse.

I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering! JJs House custom made a dress for my daughter (which I paid extra for) and mistakenly made it size 23" bust rather than 26". They will not replace with the correct size. Our event is on Christmas and it's too late to get another one and have it altered in time. I'm beyond frustrated. Btw, they must have turned off my ability to leave a comment on their website. Unbelievable. See pics below of their email responses.

Had to get a Mother of the Groom Dress for my son's wedding right smack in the middle of supply chain issues and I hesitantly opted for an online purchase. I can not stress enough how wonderful their customer service was. Their clothes run smaller that US stores do so I had to exchange the first one (my usual size). I looked again at the sizing and opted for 2 sizes up instead of one (wedding was getting closer). They gave me full credit for what I purchased less $8 return shipping fee and sent the other one within 10 days. When I got it, it was a bit too large. They allowed me to purchase the in-between size (the one I eventually ended up keeping) while not returning the one I had until I tried them both on together to see which was best. Yes, I bought both... but they were so kind to let me return the second one only AFTER I was sure about which would fit. Again, Full REFUND less $9 shipping charge. Their chat line is manned by intelligent, kind and understanding customer service personnel. They helped make this day beautiful for us. I will DEFINITELY use them again in the future.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
