You'd think that for $100 or more on average per dress that you'd get something that looks nice and is rewrearable.
Not a JJ's House! The tag on the dress I received read as follows: "Do not wash, Do not dry clean" and while I know spot-cleaning is the only raining option, how on earth am I supposed to get $100 worth of wear out of a dress that I cannot clean?
The fabric quality is also absolutely atrocious, it's like the entire thing was made of lining fabric, with no care taken as to whether things were cut on-grain, or if the seams were pressed or even.
The sizing charts are also more like suggestions, as the dress I purchased did not fit me even though I was very careful to follow the chart with correct measurements. I'm lucky I know how to sew with delicate fabric or else I'd be up a creek.
Save your time and money, shop elsewhere.

We placed a special order according to my 11 year olds measurements. The dress is very nice quality and fits great! We don't need the dress until September so I left a little bit of room ro grow. The dress arrived 1 week earlier than anticipated! I will order from this company again for myself!

This company is a total scam and have been nothing but a headache to deal with. I have spent so much time trying to get the 3 dresses that I ordered and then was told they are made to order and can only get one at a time. The return policy is a joke. I was sent a label and they are telling me that it hasn't been returned. The tracking number is invalid (they sent it to me) and they are washing their hands of it. I have to email customer service every day and get one response a day so it takes several days to have a conversation. When I asked the rep why they couldn't take care of it today, she said because they are in Hong Kong. They have wasted so much of my time and the quality of the dresses were horrible! I honestly have never been more disappointed and am mad at myself for ordering with them to begin with. Any company that doesn't have a customer service number to call should be a red flag! I'm still trying to get this figured out and it's been 3 weeks!

Bought a dress priced £125 and when I paid it reduced to £91 plus shipping. When it arrived it was awful, poor quality and so badly creased it was impossible to make it look decent
I returned the dress as my expense and was only refunded £91 as shipping which I was not made aware of is not refunded

What a horrible place! What I ordered and what I got were two completely different things! The dress was super wrinkled, stuffed in a tiny box, wrong dress, wrong material and way wrong size and I went off their measurements on their website! Plus I waited a month to get the dress! NEVER AGAIN! Luckily I had time to get a better dress before my wedding! DO NOT BUY! You'll be very disappointed!

We ordered 2x bridesmaid dresses using custom fit. The custom fit measurements are exact! They do not allow room for movement so remember to add a few CM when sending of the measurements. Dresses arrived in good time are are absolutely beautiful! All seams finished neatly and they look as though they were twice the price! Very very happy! I have since ordered the boys ties and pocket squares in the same colour. Ordered them yesterday morning and by the afternoon had an email to say they had been shipped. I would 100% recommend purchasing the colour and fabric sample before placing your order. We did not do this and the burgundy was a little redder than expected, still beautiful though!

Do not order from thisplace, I canceled my order because of no clear delivery date. They will not return my money. They offered a settlemant of 40% but I will not receive anything So I wont get any items but they will keep 60% of my money! Does not make sense. Horrible customer service.

Bit the bullet and ordered 2 (expensive) custom sized bridesmaid dresses for my daughters to ensure they were a perfect fit for my wedding, one arrived fine yet the 2nd is far too short! I ordered a dress to fit a child who is 5ft 2 inches tall and yet the dress I recieved for her fits that of someone 4ft 7inches! I have been trying to get a resolution all day to no avail however after reading reviews here I can see that the emails they have been sending me are all generic 'copy and paste' replies! JJs House do not care that they've ruined my wedding day now that my daughter does not have a dress to wear, all they are interested in is offering me a 40% refund which barely covers the cost I paid to have the dresses shipped in the first place or a 50% off coupon (As as if I would ever shop here again!). Do NOT waste your money buying custom dresses because they clearly do not pay attention to the measurements you send anyway and make out it's the customers fault when they arrive and do not fit - Surely if it were MY fault BOTH of my daughters would have been measured wrong?! How can one dress fit and one be so massively out in length?! I will be taking this further!

Ik heb meer dan een maand geleden een bestelling geplaatst en toen wilde ik een jurk retourneren (te klein), ik vroeg om de retour, het bedrijf vertelde me wat ik moest doen (alle stappen die ik moest doen), ik stuurde het meteen daarna en vanaf Op 27 april hebben ze de nieuwe jurk ontvangen (nooit gebruikt) Ik heb een retourbevestiging via internet en via poste.nl en ze willen niet bevestigen dat de retour is gelukt, maar ze hebben me een groupon gestuurd met dezelfde waarde als de jurk, die, als ik van hen koop, ik moet betalen voor de verzending van een nieuwe bestelling (wat niet goedkoop is), ik voel me opgelicht!
Ik moet betalen voor een jurk die ik heb geretourneerd en wanneer ik een nieuwe bestelling plaats, betaal ik voor de levering van de bestelling (hoge kosten), ze verdienen met deze retour, goedkope kleding, hoge bezorgkosten, retourneren zonder wijziging van de factuur en ze denken erover om je te regelen met een groupon, dus ze verdienen het dubbele, alle sites hebben de retourneren, ik zal nooit meer bij ze kopen.

LET'S JUST SAY YOU SPEND ALL THIS TIME EFFORT AND ENERGY PLANNING A WEDDING FOR THE DAY TO NOT HAPPEN BECAUSE THIS COMPANY PLAYS WITH PEOPLE. THEY OFFERED ME A DISCOUNTED RETURN BECAUSE THEY STARTED WORKING ON THE DRESSES. THEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE ME ANOTHER DAY TO THINK ABOUT KEEPING THIS ORDER. I DO NOT WANT THE ORDER. When I ordered 2 different wraps for my dress, the shipping said 7-10 days. That gave me plenty of time to assess which wrap to wear.
However, they did not arrive in that time. In fact took so long to get here that I had to go to Plan B.
The wraps arrived the day after my event so I contacted them to return the items.
They said if I used their UPS label, the charge would only be $8. But it was considerably more. Plus the fact that even though they tell you it takes 10 days to 2 weeks for credit to appear, it takes considerably longer. My advice... never deal with overseas companies unless you have a lot of time to wait and don't care that the shipping charges are outrageous.
If I buy something from Nordstrom or Macy's, shipping back and forth is free, fast and no hassle. Everything I have purchased from an overseas company comes with extreme shipping delays and extraordinary charges. Customer service is strictly via email with "playbook" answers and no resolution.

I cancelled my order through JJ's House's website within 5-10 minutes of placing the order after realising I had picked the wrong colour. According to their Cancellation Policy, orders can be cancelled for a refund within 24 hours of placing the order however JJ's House told me they had already shipped the dress, which I find hard to believe considering the order was placed very late on a Saturday night. Despite many messages to JJ's, they decided to send the dress anyway and told me to sign for the parcel and we could work out how to return the dress. How silly would I be to accept a dress I didn't want that I cancelled well within their Cancellation Policy. JJ's claim that if the dress isn't signed for, it will be abandoned or destroyed and that they will only refund 40% despite this not being mentioned anywhere on their website under Shipping Info, FAQs or Terms & Conditions. This despite them acting against their own Cancellation Policy and now making up their own terms. I've already told them the parcel will be promptly refused and returned to sender, and if a full refund isn't made I will be disputing the transaction with PayPal.

My dresses were too small and needed to be returned for a refund. I contacted the company through the website several times within the 14 day window. No one from the company responded back. No emails returned. I ordered nearly $500 worth of product that needs to be returned! I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I bought two dresses four years ago for weddings I was attending, one as the mother of the Groom, they were perfect, well made and were perfect per the size requested. I have just bought two more dresses and they are terrible, they do not fit at all and I bought a size up to be safe and I have tried to download what I need to return them but to no avail, there is nothing that will allow me to return them and get my money back. I am shocked by what has happened to this company! I have read reviews and found I'm not the only one to be done this way!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
