In addition to a great selection, when I had a problem with sizing and returns, the customer service department outdid themselves in solving my problem and helping me find the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding.

I ordered a mother of the bride pant suit in a stock standard size on 21st March 2022.
When I received it it did not fit even though I took measurements before hand to make sure. Very strange sizing. So I requested a return and refund. I returned the pantsuit as per JJs House instructions through Parcel Point and paid $6.95. And then I waited for my refund which never came. After countless emails JJs House are still refusing to pay the refund which is due to me. So they now have a stock standard mother of the bride pantsuit to re-sell - at my expense. DO NOT BUY FROM JJS HOUSE - they are scammers! Be warned.

Their customer service is a joke. Won't talk to you other than email. And if they have a problem with your order and didn't get an email to you, they won't continue to reach out. So you just assume it's gonna come until the delivery date passes. I am 3 weeks out from my wedding I was missing 2 of my 4 bridesmaids dress. When I finally get a hold of someone and they inform me JJs doesn't offer dresses bigger than W26 my brides maid is a W28. EVEN THOUGH I SELECTED SIZES FROM THEIR DROP DOWN MENUS. Also they made a dress for my Mom and it looks awful they didn't follow her sizing at all! Never shopping with them again!

The dress arrived 25th April with a mark on the front and so I have tried to return the dress and get a refund. Sadly JJsHouse have been difficult to contact and the problem has not been resolved.

We had ordered a dress for my daughter to be in her Uncle's wedding. It came in above what we expected being that it was very reasonably priced. It was made of amazing fabrics and very durable. The fine details added to the beautifulness of the dress. The color was exactly what we wanted. We also bought a pair of sandals. They were the correct size and made of beautiful materials. The best part was that the velcro on the top strap was long. Since she has small ankles, she was able to adjust it to make them fit just for her. All together, I was impressed at the quality and the speed of delivery.

I ordered a dress from JJs house. I received an email confirmation stating that my package had been delivered, only issue is that it was delivered to the wrong address which I was not at fault for because I entered the correct address when completing the order. When I informed them about the issue the customer service rep responded by stating that the package was sent back to them but since they had already paid for shipping, only 40% of my purchase was going to be refunded. I was very saddened to hear this information because I really was counting on the purchase to come through. I am currently still waiting on a response to my last email and will update you on what their response is. Hopefully they do the right thing since I am not at fault for anything and now have to look for this item with less time.

The site has amazing items! They are well described and the sizing fit is good. The items arrive well packed and protected in ziplocked bags. This was especially important to me because my package was left in the rain last time. The items themselves were not wet although the outer box was damaged. I didn't give 5 stars because it is my opinion that packages arrive too slow. Mine arrived after more than a month... However, the business rewarded me with a free shipping coupon for one next time purchase to make up for that. Please note that sitejabber "purchase date" is not October 4,2013, but April of 2022...

I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering! I brought three dresses in my size and they were too small. I have a second order that is still in process and emailed them to say can I get bigger size as i received the previous order and the dresses don't fit. They told I have to pay extra for them to give me a bigger size and I also I have to pay for labor. They will not replace with the correct size. I'm beyond frustrated because my cousin just received her dress from them also and it doesn't fit her. It's going to be 5 dresses in total going to waste because they won't exchange it.

I've ordered 4 dresses from this site so far, each was the exact color as expected and the fitting was perfect! This is now my to-go online store for dress purchases, I would highly recommend.

JJ's house has Beautifully designed dresses for any occasion. I thoroughly enjoy shopping for my dress for a wedding that I'm going to attend. I was delighted when I receive the dress and it was of great quality and stunning in person. So I also ordered a wrap for my dress and a headpiece and a crinoline to go underneath and everything was gorgeous. The dress didn't fit exactly the way I wanted it to so I decided to exchange it and have a custom made one for the wedding. Returns were relatively simple. JJs will be my go to for all special occasions in the future!

JJ's House never fails to please or deliver. I got my wedding dress from them and also a few special occasion dresses. The prices and the quality of the dresses can't be beat.
I am a repeat customer and will always be a loyal fan. One tip: When you order, be sure to read the sizing guide. Most dresses run small from JJ's. I'm 5'2 and 125 lbs and have to order a size Large. They do have a custom dept that will make the dress to your specifications but I never took advantage of that.

Ordered a dress for my daughter which I did not receive. JJS provide a tracking number for Canada Post which does not exist. Try to contact the customer service result to no reply. I have now requested a full refund as I did not receive my purchase.

You'd think that for $100 or more on average per dress that you'd get something that looks nice and is rewrearable.
Not a JJ's House! The tag on the dress I received read as follows: "Do not wash, Do not dry clean" and while I know spot-cleaning is the only raining option, how on earth am I supposed to get $100 worth of wear out of a dress that I cannot clean?
The fabric quality is also absolutely atrocious, it's like the entire thing was made of lining fabric, with no care taken as to whether things were cut on-grain, or if the seams were pressed or even.
The sizing charts are also more like suggestions, as the dress I purchased did not fit me even though I was very careful to follow the chart with correct measurements. I'm lucky I know how to sew with delicate fabric or else I'd be up a creek.
Save your time and money, shop elsewhere.
