I order a bridal dress and on top of that I order the dress to get it early before the wedding but come to find out that the wedding was canceled and it wont be a wedding so I ask to refund my money since they just took the money out my account I instantly ask for a refund which I email them with my conformations number they had the nerves to tell me they were charging me 50% or more for my refund because it wasn't within the 24 to 72 hours or a 120 hours how do you take someone's money that never even received the item they needs to do something about this they are a RIP Off

So we settled an agreement with makers that we are obliged to pay extra material and labor costs if a confirmed order is cancelled before shipment.

I purchased 2 dresses for a wedding in August. I placed the order and it arrived plenty of time. The first dress did not fit right for me. It cost $ 37.00. I was able to return and was given a refund. The process of issuing the refund was quick enough for me to purchase another dress. This time the dress is very formal and it cost me $114.00. However, it's worth what I paid for. I am very happy with the High Low dress in taupe color. I really like the variety of colors available for me to choose from. I really like how the website description of the merchandise. I am a very satisfied customer.

JJ's House offers dresses to try on. Pay $10/dress, my shipping was free and fast. They arrived in a few days. I tried them on and my final decision was complete! You must send them back within 7 days, but that is plenty of time. I then ordered the dress in the color I selected and had peace of mind that my decision was right for me. The quality was very good too. The lining was soft (not itchy), well. Made and they offer custom sizing if you're hard to fit. I highly recommend JJ's House!

I had my seamstress take all my sizes and measurements to make sure everything was right. When I received it it was the worst dress I have ever purchased. I weigh 126 and the dress was Extremely Large. And because I special ordered I can't return it. Don't special order.!

Never received the item. Order stated as completed on website. Would not send a replacement. Had to pay for two dresses. Did not honor shipping insurance - don't bother paying it, it means nothing. After a month and a half and a wedding in two weeks they refuse to acknowledge something is not right and will not help with resolving the issue. Very generic, cut and paste responses by email. Unable to be reached by phone. Frustrating, infuriating and awful business practices

I ordered a dress which was way too big. Other retailers--easy peasy. JJ's house has no phone number for customer service and promised (via chat) to send a label twice and I also emailed. I will now just donate a $100 dress to goodwill.

Ordered a dress that I thought will look good on my body type, but it really did not. It was a shame because the material and quality of the dress was excellent! JJHouse's customer service was quick to respond offering 4 options. I chose to return this dress and receive a coupon for me to pick out a new dress. Had my daughter help with the new dress I will be ordering. I think it will be perfect for her wedding in October of this year.

We ordered multiple dresses. We had to wait incredibly long for them, but they did arrive eventually. The dresses are quite nice, but not all of them fitted, so as stated on their site we tried to return them. This was a great hassle, nobody would send us the return label. Eventually after nagging for a while we got it.
Now, we are charged 'Additional costs', and when we ask what these costs are for we are getting a weird explanation... Something with coupons not being used. Super weird and it's a lot of money, feels really shabby.
We did keep some dresses, are actually happy with those, but the customer service sucks and they aren't transparant about delivery, returns and the costs at all. We are not planning on paying for the 'additional costs' without them explaining what those are. I'm not gonna get robbed by a company like this, they are trying to get us to pay 220 euro's on mysterious additional costs. Wouldn't recommend due to all the hassle and shabby additional costs.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
