I came across this website trying to order bridesmaid dress. It was defective and i couldnt open the button/zipper to try the dress on, and they said "cant process return since its not that big of a deal and it could be easily fixed". Couldnt believe their response to $140 dress.

The dress I ordered came as expected but I had ordered the wrong color! Just clicking on a dark colored button online does not necessarily mean you have ordered BLACK! My bad. As a teacher, I should know to go back and read what I've written and/or clicked. Embarrasing, but I know my new order will come, as expected, in the correct color. Thank you JJ!

BUYER BEWARE! Don't order before reading!
I ordered a custom made outfit for my son's wedding from JJsHouse.com It was late. I checked the tracking. It stopped in NYC. I have contacted them several times. They are not replacing it, or refunding me. They said it's not their responsibility once the shipper has it. They offered to refund me for 1/2 of my shipping cost. 11$. Their customer service just stinks. If you're on a budget, don't even entertain the idea because you could very well end up buying two dresses if the one from JJSHouse never shows up!

When in need of a special occasion dress I found JJs Try-On option a great idea. Just for $10 they would send you the dress of your choice. I tried 3 (which is the max you can opt for) And then you can send them back at no charge via UPS.

There are so many dresses to choose from. It gets to be fun looking at so many but also hard to decide on one of two. Sizing was an issue for me since I was between sizes and with the try-on optin I could order 2 different sizes to find the best for me.

Ordered a dress a few weeks ago and got it today 7/25. The dress did not fit. I asked for a return shipping label and refund to the original form of payment (which they do according to their website) but instead they are making things complicated and offering me a bunch of coupons instead of just refunding the money to the original form of payment! So unhappy with jjshouse, stay away!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a JJ's House try-on dress that actually fit to a tee. I wanted to just keep it and not worry any more about finding a dress for my daughter's wedding but that is not how their program works. Therefore, I had to promptly return it and go back through the whole mail order process and hope the dress I love arrives in time for the big day.
