So I have been ordering a handful of try on at home dresses to try to find what I want as a wedding dress. What I have noticed is that the dresses run tight in sleeves. I thought it was just me because I have broad shoulders, but I had my mom try them on also and she agreed that they were tight and restrictive. I did find one dress where the sleeves fit perfectly. Even the sleeves that look like they would be loose or tight in the armpits. So my recommendation to you would be pay the $10 to try them first and find your perfect size.
This is the dress of my dreams! Beautifully made and beautifully custom fitted! I felt like a princess in pink at my 70th Birthday celebration!

I was looking for a mother-of-the-bride dress and found a beautiful one on clearance for $56. I am 5' 4" and 115 pounds. My measurements fell into both a size 4 and a size 6. I decided to take a chance and ordered the size 4. It fit beautifully! It also came within a week of ordering. It came folded in a double envelope and so was a little wrinkled, but nothing that can't be fixed. The description said there were minor flaws, but the only thing I can find is that the zipper is a little finicky, but for the price I can live with that. I ordered a gold dress and the color is a little more yellow than it looked on the pictures, but I still think it is beautiful. I live in Tennessee and the shipping was only $9; very reasonable. For the price, I am delighted!

I ordered an item and canceled the order within 5 minutes. They shipped the canceled item the next day. I'm now trying to return said dress and they are making it extremely difficult. They are incompetent. Never use this website you're better sticking with Shein for cheap garbage.

I ordered my veil and 7 bridesmaids earring and necklace sets. The tracker said "Delivered on 9-4 at 06:38". I received that notifications on 9/3 at 9pm. I never received my items. They sent a copy and pasted email and didn't address anything. I want a refund and they won't respond. My wedding is in 5 days. This has been a very frustrating time. I paid $160 and probably won't get a refund. No one that I've talked to has ever heard of this company.

My daughter is getting married in November, I ordered 9 different dresses to try on to see which one I like the best. (they were not customized orders) Some of the orders I ordered the same dress, but different colors and then I also ordered different styles. I waited and waited for my dresses to arrive. I contacted JJ's House by live chat. They put a hold on the order because I ordered too many dresses, yet they charged my credit card. In order to get my order they requested a photo of my credit card and drivers license. Who would ever ask for a photo of these two items this is so inappropriate and very unethical. If I sent that information to them it could be used for fraud. Plus, if I sent a picture to them in a pdf form they can not open it... really? They need a photo how do I send a photo only... seriously.? Then they contacted me again and said well we can send you all 9 dresses if you pay by paypal. Why would I pay by paypal if they already charged my credit card? Seriously, I do not think it is any of their business if I order 11 dresses. What if I was the mother of the bride and I was buying all the bride maids dresses? They put a hold on my order. Very unpleased with this company.

I hate shopping! I had a terrible experience trying, unsuccessfully, to find a mother of the groom/officiant dress at a big wedding dress store. I found JJs House and skeptically chose 3 dresses out of many, many choices, to be sent to me to "try on". All 3 fit perfectly and looked great on me! The hardest part was choosing "the one"!

I had 3 dresses shipped for $10 each. You have a week to try on. Free returns. Three was the limit. Very happy I did. The dresses were good quality, fit was right on and colors were better than shown.
One dress I ordered a size 4 which is my usual size BUT based on my measurements, I would be a size 2. So I also ordered a size 2 in that dress- 2 different colors. One color blue is what I was leaning towards. I ordered a different dress in size 4 in cabernet color- deep red with maybe purple undertones- it was the only color they had in that dress (for the try on).
I fell in love with the cabernet and ended up ordering a dress in that color! A color I didnt even consider.
TIPS- measure yourself and go by that. These gowns are true to size! The chiffon long dresses are very nice. I ended up buying a satin long gown because it looked better on me.
Order from JJs House. The gowns are priced low and the quality is good.
